The Kingdom in which you appeared from the outside did not resemble the inside of the castle. It was all white and as Roxas took you to where the prisoners were kept, you could only spot several rooms but it did not have anything to identify each room, all were the same. Surprisingly enough, the castle was empty and to be frank, it gave you a bad  feeling.

“Roxas...are we there yet?” As you kept walking, you whispered.

The male glanced at you and nodded. “Yes.”

It was then that he stopped. The door of the room seemed like any-other one and it made you wonder why she was being kept there. Of course the door was locked, and it was proved when you attempted to twist the handle of it. Roxas nodded once again and those you weren't sure what he was going to do when he summoned his weapon...he stopped and made it disappear. The portal appeared and he motioned with his hand, though he did not attempt to walk inside the portal.

“I’ll look out, hurry up.” His eyes trained to his right, left and front to make sure that nothing or rather nobody was around. You in response nodded and entered the portal.

As you suspected, it was as while as the rest of the castle and it was just a simple room with a bed and nothing else. Your eyes trailed to the bed and you noticed the shape of a form yet as you stared at it, it did not move. Taking slow steps, you needed to get there and see if it was her. You pulled the sheets to the down and sure enough, there she was. She was sound asleep but even if you hated her, just staring at the weak state in which she is, it made you feel pity.

She shivered but did not wake up, you had to shake her softly. Soon enough her eyes opened quite lazily and they were not directed at you, they simply stared to the front as if she didn’t see you there. You frowned, she looked so weak, there were very dark circles under her eyes and even bags. Her skin looked so pale and dirty as if she hadn’t had a decent bath for a while.

Clearing your throat and leaning forward, you whispered her name. “Aerith?” Upon hearing your voice her eyes widened and were on you. She sat up very fast and just like that, he threw herself in your arms.

“I’m so sorry. Please forgive me.” She whispered as she clung to you desperately and you hear her cry. “ [Name], oh please forgive me  I was a fool....”

For a moment the faces of your father, mother and adoptive mother run through your mind and you frowned pulling away a bit. Though just having her cry very hard and see her so brocken made your eyes soften. Perhaps she truly was a fool to believe in your brother of all people. Despite holding hate within your heart, you couldn’t help but also feel sad to see here like that. Also the fact that Zack knew here and seemed to hold something for her, made you realize that perhaps you could give her another chance.

“Come.” Pulling away, you grabbed her hand and pulled her toward the door.

She was on her feet in no time but her steps were weak. She then stopped and looked to the ground shaking her head. “No...I can’t, I’ve done too much harm to you.” She attempted to pull her hand away but your hold became stronger not letting her go.

“Come, just do it.” You commanded making her nod. Soon you were both on the other side of the door and  met with Roxas who instantly made a portal. You pushed Aerith first and before you stepped in, a voice made you stop.
