When high school ends this will be my hardest goodbye.
She's one of my friends but we're in school friends. Like our friendship doesn't extend to the outside world yet I find myself sad thinking of life without Layla.
She's been there for what seems like forever. She's never seen me sad. When i see her no matter what kind of mood I'm in I smile at her or hug her.
She's my baby girl yet shes older than me.
To this day I'm annoyed that she cut her hair & she doesn't have braces anymore.
This chapter is more of an appreciation page.
To Layla
I appreciate everything about you my love. You are a ball of sunshine. I will miss seeing you in the hallways. You have been in my advisory since 10th grade & like I said to you we've became family. It's always been good vibes, great laughs & good company with you. I can't wait to see you at prom looking like a goddess or at graduation slaying us all but I know that most of the people in our school won't appreciate your beauty. I love you so much and I'm so glad we've build this bond put of pure nothingness.

Sometimes you'll meet someone who is just a school friend and that's perfectly fine. Cherish the moments you have with them.
