She stands out to me the most.
When I first laid eyes on her I realized how outgoing & witty she really was.
I would have never imagined that we would be friends but we are.
She was so strong minded.
She didn't enjoy activities such as smoking or drinking but as a teenager she naturally fell into that pattern.
It's just weird that someone who wants to stand as a figure who is against usual social opinions became nothing more than a normal person in our society.
What I mean is she became so predictable & average.
She's just like every other female in high school.
When you give most teenage girls a compliment it goes to their head & they unintentionally put themselves on this pedestal.
I still love her & I acknowledge the fact that people change but I didn't expect such a drastic change at the end of the road.
The life lesson here is to acknowledge change. People change throughout high school & I can promise you that you won't notice it until it's too late. When it gets to this point all you can do is ask yourself if it's worth hanging on to.
