Chapter 29 - Passion

Also I realize that I've been misspelling Haninozuka...why didn't anyone tell me?!)

Chapter 29 - Passion

Papers were hid inside her market tote, Kuyomi was strapped to her bosom, and she carried the special for that day in her lap. The car that Akusai was driving lead them to the Morinozuka House, she climbed out, a black car followed them, and the Banker emerged from it. He was grinning, Kyoya had accompanied Akusai and Mayu, and Ichiro was ecstatic to be at such a famous family's home. Mayu motioned for him to follow her, he did, and the door was opened by Shiki; the butler smiled at all of them. Their shoes were removed at the door then they were lead to the den area, Mayu took a seat with the animals cuddled on one side, Kyoya sat next to her, and the other two men took their seats across from her.

"I have the contract here Ichiro," replied Mayu. She pulled it free from her market tote, she slid it over to him, and he took it gingerly. "It's not going to disappear."

"I know but I thought you'd never accept it."

Mayu smiled, "You gave me a gift, I never reject a gift from a friend," the two teens walked by, she pointed to them and whispered, "unless it's from them." They laughed while she grinned, Shiki returned with tea, she thanked him, "Shiki?" He looked at her, "Will Taka be meeting me here?"

"Of course my Lady. There's already a car waiting for him at the train station."

"Thank you. I've already told him that I'm taking care of some business but I eagerly await his return."

"What are you going to do when he gets here?" asked Ichiro.

She grinned, "I'm going to challenge him to a sparring match."

"WHAT?!" exclaimed Akusai and Ichiro.

Mayu laughed, "I know, it's strange but I want to spar him. I want to show him how much I've improved and I know that he's going to take it easy on me while I'm going to let loose all of my frustration."

"Good idea," replied Kyoya.

"You're enabling her!" replied Akusai.

"She's marrying into the Morinozuka Family. They're prestigious martial artists, if she doesn't show how she's progressed then she may seem like a disgrace."

"True." They all looked at Mayu, she sipped her tea, "I want to show him how much I've progressed, he only ever sees me train with Shiki. That's not enough to go by and I truly want to vent my frustration with him."

Akusai chuckled, "I see why you chose her as our Himawari, Shiki." The other male inclined his head before disappearing, Ichiro looked at them, and only grinned. "So, you've got something for us?"

"I do." Ichiro removed a small sheet of paper, "This has the name of the person who's been putting up those articles about Chateau Bunny." Kyoya picked it up, he stared at it, "This is my end of the deal."

"How did you trace the article?" asked Akusai.

Mayu replied for the banker, "One shall never give up one's friends or allies." They stared at her, then they all laughed while she sipped her tea, and opened up the box. She gave pieces to the animals while eating her portion. "I've learned that everyone has secrets and many of them are not to be shared with others including informants and their abilities." Ichiro grinned, he stated that he had to go, and she asked him why. The male responded by saying that he had to get his team together to find a suitable location for her tea house, she smiled, "That can wait until you're not busy at work."
