Hey guys!! This is my first ever story here on Wattpad. And yes, this is definitely cliché. See? I'm not gonna lie and say that this isn't cliché because it is. And i'm just experimenting. I'm still new to this so please don't be harsh! hahaha! Give me comments or suggestions to make this better. Thanks! :)

Here goes nothing...........

Chapter 1

Tammy’s POV

“Tammyyyyyy! Waaaaaaaaake up!” I heard my mom scream at the top of her lungs from downstairs.

I groaned internally, still tired from sleeping late at night talking to Derek on the phone till 2am, not thinking about school the next day.

Who's Derek you ask? Well, he’s just my new badass boyfriend. Because a few months ago, 4 months ago to be exact, I dumped my jerk of an ex Johnny whilst catching him cheating on me with a red haired slut. (Yeah, I know, I sound so bitter calling the girl I don’t know names. But you couldn’t blame me, I was hurt and she deserved the name I gave her.) So moving on, I met Derek just 3 weeks ago. He’s a college student. He has black hair and green eyes, and a body to die for. The only thing that I’m worried about is his temper. But aside from that one flaw of his, he’s perfect. I just hope that he would somehow be different from the jerks I dated before.

Getting up in my bed, I quickly showered and changed to my skinny jeans, white tank top and black leather jacket to match. Brushed my long brown hair and applied some lip gloss. I gave myself a quick look on the mirror. I’m good to go! Grabbing my knee high boots to complete my outfit. Running down the stairs and entering the kitchen, I see my mom cooking.

“Pancakes, honey?” she offered.

“No thanks, Mom. Derek’s outside waiting for me. I have to go before he goes impatient on me,” I answered.

She just sighed and nodded. I gave her a quick hug and went outside. As soon as I stepped out of my house, I immediately saw Derek’s red Chevrolet truck and a pissed looking Derek in the driver's seat.

“Can you walk any faster?” he shouted.

I did what he said and got inside his car. The whole fifteen minute ride to school I stayed silent, listening to his rant about how long he waited for me to get out of my house and how we might be late again. We have finally arrived in my school but, both of us just sat in the car while he continued to rant about the same things all over again.

I couldn’t take it anymore; I just had to say what was on my mind. “Geez Derek, can you just chill out? Why are you in such a foul mood today? We were completely okay last night when we were talking in the phone. Did you just wake up on the wrong side of the bed or what?”

“Fine, I’m sorry okay. I guess I’m just in a bad mood due to my lack of sleep. Just please don’t let me wait that long again,” he said trying to be calm but I can see that he was still pissed.

You and me both, buddy, I thought. I didn’t get enough sleep last night but you don’t see me pissing everyone off. Shaking off all the bad vibes I quickly replied, “Yeah, okay. Sorry.”

I was going to open the car door when he grabbed me and kissed me passionately like nothing happened, like our little argument didn't happen at all. He could really be sweet at times without his hot temper getting in the way. When the kiss was over, I got out of the car saying goodbye to him.

“Pick you up later, babe,” he hollered before driving off.

I gave him a weak smile and walked to the entrance door of school when the bell rang signalling that I’m late. I quickly ran off to my classroom. When I reached my classroom, I sighed in relief seeing as the teacher wasn’t there yet. But, I do see my best friend Zoey waving at me like a complete psycho. I chuckled to myself thinking of how funny she looked.
