Ever one for the peaceful life,
They scream, They yell,
What good does it do,
I try to comfort them with a hug of calm,
Their voices not dimming,
The banshee still unleashed,
Ever one for the peacful life,
They stab, They shoot,
What will this accomplish
I try to resolve with a tidal wave of love,
Their hate not exstingishable,
The deaths at large,
Ever one for the peaceful life,
They curse, They moan,
What noise is more iratable,
I try to shush them with a smile of hope,
Their frowns permanent,
The darkness promenant,
Ever one for the peaceful life,
They punch, They kick,
What will this get them,
I try to protect them with a pad of forgiveness,
Their resistance still growning,
The mind not sane,
Ever one for the peaceful life,
I don't give up, I keep strong,
What makes me the bigger person,
I try to be brave with a musical note of laughter,
My being unique,
The world my oyster.
