Chapter 1: Wrecked Comeback

Bumaba ako sa eroplano on my usual airport attire- Black skinny jeans and my black sweatshirt along with my black furry coat.

Lumilingon lingon ako sa paligid expecting Jenna to fetch me up. Then I found out it's not her. I went up to him in a disappointed look.

"Hey."

Sinita ko ang kuya kong nakikipag torrid kissing sa isang brunette. Obviously, he should be fetching me.

"Lance.."

Pinigilan ko ang temper ko. Aish! It's already 8:00 in the evening for Pete's sake! Hindi parin siya tapos sa pakikipaglandian. And gosh! Nasa public place sila. The slutty girl looked at me angrily. She then stood up in front of me. Crossed her arms and raised her left eyebrow.

"So you're the ex?"

I saw her smirked a bit. Looked at me from head to toe tapos kumunot ang noo.

"Pretty? Haha. Nice shot for a girl in a silly coat and owl-looking eyeglasses." Inirapan niya ako tapos tumalikod. "Oh God babe, why did you bring your muchacha?"

Akmang sasampalin ko na siya ng hinarang ni Kuya ang kamay ko.

"Go home Cheska."

Naiiyak na ako pero pinigilan ko. Hindi ka iiyak Cheska. Hindi. Pumunta ka dito para makahinga. Ubos na ang luha mo sa Cambridge. Not here Cheska. Not here.

Tinalikuran ko sila at naglakad na palayo.

My eyes went blurry. Soon it will rain.

Hindi pa ako nakakalayo ng masyado sa kanila ng marinig ko ang boses ni kuya.
