"yo, nagisa-kun" the redhead greeted nagisa as he approached him. "what'ya doing?"
nagisa looked up to the redhead, and he then closed his notebook- well it looked like a notebook to karma. "hey karma," nagisa waved to the redhead, "why are you here?"
"i asked first, nagisa-kun." karma unconsciously smirked. clearly he was teasing the bluenette in front of him.
"alright, fine. i was just writing something in my notebook."
"yes, because a paintbrush is needed for writing." karma's smirk then grew bigger- if that was even possible. nagisa's eyes grew wider. he realized that he is, in fact, holding a paint brush. he mentally face palmed himself for being so dumb.
"alright, but don't show it to anyone!"
"of course"
nagisa then opened his sketchpad to show karma what he's been doing. "i know it's pretty ugly, you can laugh if you want." nagisa expected to hear laughter, but what he heard surprised him.
"nagisa, of course it will turn out ugly. the colors of paint you chose aren't at fault, plus, you shouldn't have used poster paint. but don't worry, i'll teach you how."
"when were you so good at art, karma-kun?"
"i've learnt from certain life experiences." karma then again smirked.
"like what?"
"you can actually base painting on life. for instance, you need to base the color on what you are painting. like in real life, you don't need to force yourself on being who you should be, be who you wanna be. because someday, you don't need to force yourself onto others, you will find the right friends for you."
"when were you such a poet, karma?" nagisa chuckled which lead to karma blushing.
"you're lucky i'm your friend, otherwise i would've punched you already."
nagisa then cringed. he didn't know why. maybe, just maybe, it's because he heard the word 'friend' coming from karma. he never wanted to be just friends with karma, he wanted something more.
the worst part is, nagisa didn't exactly know what 'something more' meant to him.
