HAPPY EASTER YOU GUYS!!!!!
So as most of you know Easter is today. Well what is Easter exactly? Some people may say oh it's about getting candy from the Easter bunny or having dinner with your family. Most people would probably say it's the day Jesus rose from the dead. Which is true! Easter is the day when we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. Jesus was dead in a sealed tomb for three days, but He rose from the dead defeating death. Do you know why He did it?
He did it to save you and me from our sins, He did it so we can live with Him eternally. So Amazing!!!! It's also amazing how Jesus was willing to give up His life us.
This Easter was different for me it was snowing outside. Now earlier I was thinking ' I hope the snow last till Monday so we can have a snow day.' Then later I thought a little deeper snow is white and white mainly means pure. Jesus came down to the earth, and lived a sin free life, He was pure. Jesus died so that we could be pure. That our slates could be cleansed of all sins. Which was an amazing blessing God showed me today. So, thank Jesus for His sacrifice. Thank Him for staying pure, dying on the cross, and rising three days later. Thank Him for forgiving our sins. Thank Him for His love because He did this all because He loves us.
