These past couple of weeks I've been dealing with fear, and something I learned was that fear is an evil spirit. Now I know when you hear evil spirit it sounds scary and crazy, but it's real. Jesus doesn't want us to have that spirit in us. 2 Timothy 1:7 "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." Jesus died so that we may live and living in fear is not really — living. See I was watching a program on Daystar and this man came on and was talking about fear and said fear is an evil spirit that is trying to destroy people. He began explaining all these things that was relative to what I was experiencing. Like how fear will give you false truth. Then it hit me ' I had this spirit inside of me.' The man then began praying over the air that this spirit leaves from the people who struggle with fear. Afterwards I just thought ' Wow God truly hears us, and He knows what we need.' Then slowly I began or I am beginning to trust God. I'm still learning, but each day becomes a little bit easier. Some days are still tough, but at the end God is still there with open arms. God is here for you. He's offered you the same thing. All you have to do is give God this spirit inside your heart, pray and ask Him to remove it, and thank Him for helping you. Ask Him to fill your heart with His perfect love.Then each day when you get scared pray or read a scripture from the Bible in doing so it helps you get closer to Jesus. Remember that this spirit is not from God it is lies from the evil one. God wants you to feel His perfect love— which cancels out all fear.
