Trust : the firm belief in some thing or someone.
God wants us to trust in Him. He wants us to let Him have control. God knows how hard it is for us to sometimes let go and let God have control. From experience I know how hard it to let God have control. But when we have trouble with this we can pray and asks God for help with trust. Also when you have trouble you can just stop and say "I trust you Jesus." God will can you down with His peace and be in control.
