"Mitch?!" Scott yelled into the phone.
"Hey..." Mitch said, biting his lip.
"You... you're okay..." Scott said, relief colouring his words.
Mitch blinked back tears. "Yah..."
"Can I... see you?" Scott asked, the hope in his words evident.
"Umm... yah. The starbucks near your apartment? Tomorrow?" Mitch offered, his heart beating out of his chest.
"That's perfect... if you show up. Please?" Scott begged.
Mitch started to cry. "I promise I'll be there."
He hung up before he could say anything stupid, and sunk to the floor, holding his old phone.
He already knew that he was going to regret this.

"...but I just don't know what to do, Kev. If I meet him as me, he might find the resemblance in who Michelle is. Or he might just make me spill all of my secrets. Or-" Mitch was cut off as Kevin spoke up, grabbing the shaking Tenor's shoulders.
"He misses you. You miss him. It's not like you guys got divorced or something. Just meet up with him... for everyones sake." Kevin said, firmly.

"...and what if he's... like... engaged or something? Or he's dying? Or he's waging a custody battle for Wyatt? Or going to prison? Or-" Scott rambled.
"SCOTT!" Kirstie interrupted.
The baritone glanced up.
"What if he just misses you? It was bound to happen. I mean, you guys were joined at the hip. Maybe he's just now letting himself feel the damage. Just meet him, and let it go from there." Kirstie suggested.
Scott sighed. "I'm just nervous, you know? I mean, I miss him so much... I love him so much... what if he doesn't care about me at all?" He didnt even notice his confession of affection.
Kirstie gaped at him.
Scott noticed. "What?" He asked.
Kirstie tried to find words. "You... you love him."
Scott cussed under his breath. "Yah. I had been planning on leaving Alex... and Mitch left."
Kirsties jaw dropped. She stared at her friend with wide eyes.
"For the love of Beyoncé, Scott! Go get your man!" She yelled, gesturing for him to go.

At rehersal that day, everyone but Avi was tense. Avi was the only one who didnt know that there was soon to be a Scömìche reunion.
Halfway through, one of the top ten - Tara - burst through the door.
Everyone looked up at her.
"Caitlyn and Parker..." Tara paused, tears pouring from her eyes. When she calmed down enough, she continued. "They passed away..."
She turned into a ball of tears.
Kirstie soon followed suit.
Meat and Potatoes shared a look, and jumped into action. Avi tried to calm Tara down, and Kevin tried to calm Kirstie.
"Caitlyn was in a c-car accid-dent. I f-found out on her instagram. I d-didnt hear what h-happened to P-Parker. All we know is that they're g-gone." Tara wept.
