Mitch was on the floor.
He had a huge headache, but all he could think about was the song clenched in his hand.
He had no memory of writing it.
Things like this had been happening for a while now. He would blackout, and resurface quite a time away- and always with a killer headache.
The idea that it held... two separate mindsets? He could stop pretending... and actually forget himself.
The peace that it brought him was shocking.
The song... clearly it was the other person writing it.
But... just giving in and giving up would be so easy...
Umm... you're kidding me... right? Get up!
I can't
Yes you can. Why are you doing this?
I just can't be strong anymore
Why the hell not?
It's just too much. It's too hard.
What to you mean, too hard? You're freaking Mitchell Coby Michael Grassi!
No... not anymore.
Why the hell not? Don't do this to us, to them...
It just hurts too much! I can't!
Well... then... what are we?
Well... you're still the Mitch that everyone knows and loves.
What about you though?
I'll be Michelle Coby. I'll be a new me.
But... but...
I need the break okay?
But... if you get rid of who you really are... Mitch... I disappear. What then?
Well... no one is going to miss us. Just think! A new start! No more pain! No more sadness!
Wait... a new us? Is that possible?
Yah! And we won't have crippling anxiety or depression and we can be free from our past! Nothing could stop us!
Are... are you sure?
Yah... I think.
You think? Well... that's certainly reassuring!
Anything is better than this.
I guess... You're right.

She sat up, looking around the room.
"Mitch?" A brunette lady asked, softly.Michelle looked around for a person, before realizing that the question was for her.
"Umm... close. My name's Michelle... how can I help you?"
Chaos unfolded.
"Kevin! Get him to Mario's clinic! Everyone else... damage control."
