"I'm leaving the band." Esther said, in a meeting with the band (minus Mitch- they weren't exactly on speaking terms.)
Tara glanced up from her computer. "No, you're not."
Esther raised her eyebrow, and repeated herself. "I, Esther Koop, am leaving the position of tour manager with the band Pentatonix."
Tara glanced up again. "I, Tara Gondron, say that you're not."
Esther let out a huffing sound.
"Well why on earth can't I?!" She yelled.
Tara stood up slowly, brushing the Scentsy order forms from her lap, and smiled.
"The contract. To quote it, '11. Management may only be changed by full group agreement. Temporary managment which is under one year, may be brought into effect without consent.' The whole group needs to agree. Or, at least the majority. So, no. You're not leaving." She pushed her hair behind her ear, sitting back down.
Esther glared at the new band member, and if looks could kill...
"Could you maybe stop shooting daggers at me? It's your own contract, Esth. You create it, you abide by it." Tara commented, no longer looking at Esther. She was instead focused on her computer screen- and buying new things for River's room.
"I'll find a way out. I promise you that." She hissed, before stalking out of the room.
Tara watched her departure, and shrugged.
Her attention was the drawn back to the screen. "Ooh, she'll love these curtains!"

Esther tried the same thing with every band member, to no avail.
Everyone laughed, and said no.
Well... except for Scott.
He'd been hurting for a while now, even more so knowing that he'd ruined Mitch.
When Esther asked him, he just looked up from his tumlr search of the Scomiche hashtag, and sighed.
"Why the hell not. Everyone else seems to be. Sure. Go for it. Live your life, away from us insufferable idiots." Scott said. He then turned back to his phone, tears welling in his eyes.
But Esther didn't notice.

"Okay... I have consent from Mitch and Scott. And Michelle. I just need six more people to agree, so that it'd be unanimous. I only need two more for a majority... what ever could I do?" Esther pondered aloud, snickering.
