The past couple of days in school have actually been good.

It’s almost shocking to because I never have good days in school.

It’s the end of September which means fall is right around the corner! I can’t wait for the leaves on the trees to start changing colors, fall was my favorite season.

Monroe and I haven’t started our english project yet, I’m waiting for the right time, to catch everything in action.

Speaking of Monroe, on Tuesday Monroe brought me roses to school, twelve dozen roses. I almost fell out of my chair when he walked into our fifth hour and handed them to me.

Katrina had a fit, she thought they were for her, and she got all excited until he passed her not even shooting a glance her way.

On Wednesday, Monroe bought me jimmy johns and brought it to lunch with him, I think that was my favorite day.

On Thursday, Monroe printed off the pictures we took, the night of his party and recently and hung them up in mine and his locker.

part of me, wanted to jump his bones and smother him in kisses, but then I remembered this is all an act, and it would be weird if I did that.

Todays friday, which means tonight is my date with Monroe, Adrian and Zoe are more excited for it than me.

I sighed placing my head in my hands looking out the window,

It was raining cats and dogs, I watched the rain hit the windows, and drip down.

out of the corner of my eye I glanced over at Monroe who insists on sitting next to me now.

He was slumped back in his chair, interested in his phone.

my eyes wandered down to his wardrobe, he was wearing a gray sweatshirt that said “Taylor” on the back with his football number fourteen. Dark denim jeans, and his blue and white retro jordans,

gosh, he was perfect.

“Like what you see?” Monroe  glanced over at me smiling.

I turned my head looking right at him, I pursed my lips before speaking.

“Nope.” I said popping the “P.” I smiled at him as he frowned at me.

“Well, I like what I see.” He said looking me up and down.

I rolled my eyes, turning my head back towards the windows.

I was wearing, camouflage leggings, a black tight crop tee, and a light jean jacket, I paired it with my white grape fives, my hair was straightened down my back, and I was wearing my “nerd” glasses.

The bell rung, signaling class was over.

soccer season was over with, so I took up art for my sixth hour.

Monroe was in that class with me, I smiled at him as he waited for me by the door, he grabbed my hand leading me through the swarm of people in the hallways.

I smiled looking down at our hands, feeling butterflies that I tried pushing away.

I tapped my sandal against my porch steps waiting for Monroe to arrive.

I was wearing high waisted tan shorts, with a floral tube top tucked in, pairing it with braided gladiator sandals.

My hair was wavy from the braids I put in earlier today, to get that “wavy effect.”

I watched Monroe’s black porsche pull up into my driveway.

I pranced down my stairs, making my way towards his car, I opened the door plopping inside.
