Chapter 15

Next morning me and darren were preparing to head to the human world as there was a festival going off mother knew all about the festival because she attended once when she was a little girl but now it was time and this time i had darren with me,well my love of my life ever since we confessed to each other on that night.

"Elena are you ready to go?"

"Yes my love"

"You two becareful alright?"

Replying back to him then nodding to my mother's question then hugging her and then my father both of them hugged me back tightly kissing my forehead,taking darren's hand he led me to a portal which opened up then both of us entered the portal it closed up behind us.

"I know she is safe with darren but i am still worried"

"I know my love but don't worry okay"

My mother sighed and then smiled with a nod my father smiled and kissed her softly then the both of them headed back inside the castle as the portal opened up nearby in the woods near the park,the weather was great and the breeze felt so nice especially now it was summer here in the human world.

"Are you ready for the festival my love"

"hehehehe yes and so can't wait"

Giggling both of us made our way out of the woods and headed to the park,as we entered we saw couples and families having a great time and many dogs were running around playing it was a pleasant but a wonderful day,we made our way through the park until we arrived in town it was crowded of people today. 

"It looks so crowded darren"

"Yes but stay close to me and do not let go off my hand okay"

Nodding and gripping his hand tightly we started to make our way through out the crowd of people until eventually we reached the plaza area where the fountain was it was amazing to see many stalls and vendors giving out food some were doing games it looked really fun,but then something caught the corner of my eye a lone cloaked figure standing nearby watching then he vanished.

"You okay love?"

"huh oh yeah lets try the stall over there"

Darren nodded and both of us headed over to the stall the stall had many jewellery looking through them seeing how beautiful they were then a crystal butterfly pendant necklace caught my eye,darren saw this and brought it for me then turning around he placed it around my neck,looking down at it the necklace was beautiful,then looking at him with a smile he smiled back then we kissed and we continued to enjoy our day at the festival.
