Chapter 16

"Let's create some havoc"

"how do we do that? you know he will know straight away"

"oh little brother you worry to much"

The hooded figure who turned out to be xros spoke to chronos with a smirk then vanished in which he followed his brother closely then appearing nearby on a roof watching mine and darren's movement,with a chuckle he took out a bottle and opened it up making a drop of dark liquid drop onto the roof in which it took shapes of monsters.

"You know what to do cause some havoc then distract the knight and capture the princess"

"Not a bad plan dear brother"

"that is why i am the best"

The monsters nodded then with a growl then leaped down from the roof into the middle of the crowded streets and began to attack as everyone began to scream and run in any direction they could get to,as me and darren continued to walk we noticed the people running everywhere and running past us.

"Darren what's going on?"

"I don't know but it is not good you wait somewhere safe"

"No i am coming with you i can't be protected forever"

Darren sighed then smiled knowing whatever i decide i won't back down he then kissed me on the lips,taking my hand in his the both of us began to run towards where the havoc is as we arrived we saw strange dark monsters attacking everything,darren summoned his sword in his hand and i summoned a ice sword in my hand then we began to fight the monsters.

"Brother the knight and princess is here"

"At last lets go and greet them shall we"

Both of them laughed then vanished as me and darren continued to attack the monsters almost defeating all of them but more kept coming and appearing making us outnumber,knowing we wouldn't win but my fear couldn't take over and so we continued to fight until we heard a voice nearby then looked up to see xros and chronos.

"You two!"

"Aw isn't the princess happy to see me"

"more like in your dreams and why are you here what have you done!"

"Now now princess calm down we don't that beautiful face to become all angry"

Chronos laughed then jumped down as he landed softly onto the ground his brother did the same the both of them approached us as another horde of monsters walked beside them,both of them stopped as chronos held out his hand towards me,telling me to come with him and be his forever if i didn't then darren will get killed by these monsters or his older brother will kill him first.
