Hey readers! It's been a while. Sorry. Blame dark headspace.

Anywhooooo (does that make me sound like an old, least favourite aunt? I think it does. Whatever, I'm leaving it.), school wifi isn't working, juuuuust when I need it to, so I figured I'd read through some stuff and came across this semi rant/update thing I wrote on march break. I'm sorry I never post anymore. Agghhhh I just finished all my overdue work, so maybe now I can get some writing done. I hope?

I figured I'd post two rants up for you, the random humans who cross my page, to read. As usual, votes and comments are appreciated, but I'll let you live your life the way you wish.

Side note: people have been awfully nice. Lots of compliments on my outfit today, as well as my doodles and writing recently. Thanks guys (although you probably aren't the ones reading this, but who cares? The appreciation has been spoken.)! One person from elementary that I barely speak to even said I was the "coolest person she knew." Um... Thanks? Lol I'm such a lame cinnamon roll wtf, one needs to only see my Twitter page for proof.

AGGHHHHH THIS IS GETTING SO CHOPPY AND DISJOINTED WTF DANI SHUT UP AND STOP THIS AUTHORS NOTE THAT IS NOW A PART OF THIS SHIT. GAHHHHHHHH. Lol I do t know why I'm sharing life things.

Anyways, I was reading some Frerard one shots a while ago, and I wanted to write some of my own, just because I love fluff so much. I wrote down a few ideas on notes, and went to take a nap (I need to catch up on sleep okay, I've practically been a vampire since I got back to school. Lots of homework to do. I'm still behind!). Once I woke up, I had this scene idea for a one shot pressing me, and Control but Halsey kept playing in my head. I wasn't in the mood to write per say, but no matter how I tried brushing the idea aside to work on later, it wouldn't go away. It needed to be written then.

So an hour later I had finished half or a third of what my original scene was supposed to be. It seemed to me like it was too long to be a one shot at that point, so I started thinking about making it a full fledged fan fic (and save the other one shots for a separate book on here.). Its about three printed pages? I think? Probably longer, as my iPad makes everything look shorter. Just ask my friends about the second creative writing class assignment. It was supposed to be a maximum of 500 words, and I turned in six pages. Yeah...

People who read my work always tell me I have a distinct voice. Until recently, I had no idea what they meant by that. I think I've figured it out. I have a healthy dose of everything... dialogue, plot (I think?), pointless details, etc. I suppose that's a good thing. It's a huge pain in my ass though, especially when you plan to make a one shot and it's too long, so you end up making a partially full plot for thirty ish chapters.

Bottom line, I wrote a first chapter for a Frerard fic, and I would appreciate it if you all read it and told me your thoughts on it. Fun fact, I only kinda ship Frerard. Kind of.

I'll save that explanation for the opening author's note. Until then, take care readers.

Xoxo, lots of love,
Dani
