It's been a week and Chris hasn't stopped calling me wife, not my name, not my nickname, just... Wife... He's such a goofball.

"Chris"

"Hmm?"

"We should do something.."

"Like what?"

I thought for a second, "Spontaneous road trip?"

"I'm down, where to, wife?"

I laughed and rolled my eyes, "Let's go to San Diego?"

"Sure, go pack some bags, I'll book a hotel."

Chris grabbed his laptop and I ran upstairs to pack for him, Rocky, and me.

I pulled out a big suitcase and packed half of it his stuff and half of it my stuff, then pulled out a small bag and collected things that Rocky may need.

"Wife!" Chris yelled from downstairs.

"Husband!" I responded, my stomach exploding with butterflies.

"How long do you plan on being there?"

"Let's do three days?"

"Alright."

I continued to pack, then once I was done I changed into comfortable clothes, aka leggings and one of Christian's sweatshirts.

I put my hair in a Dutch braid and slipped my converse on.

I dragged the bags downstairs and Chris grabbed my waist, kissing me.

"I'm so glad I get to do life with you."

I smiled, "Me too.." I kissed his cheek, "Go get something comfortable on."

"Yes ma'am." He saluted and ran up the stairs. I rolled my eyes, but still grinned like an idiot.

I grabbed Rocky's bag and set it on the floor, "Let's go bye-bye!" I said and she ran and jumped in her bag.

She's so cute I can't handle it.

Chris came back downstairs in sweatpants and a tshirt with a sweatshirt.

"Ready?" I nodded and grabbed Rocky's things and the bag she's in, and Chris grabbed the suitcase with our things and put it in the car.

"Do you know where we're going?"

"No idea, but we'll figure it out." He laughed and pulled out of the driveway.

We've been blasting music for half an hour now, the drive is two hours, especially with LA traffic.

I turned to look out the window, then the song we danced to at our wedding came on the radio.

I turned to Chris and saw him smiling. He reached over for my hand and I intertwined our fingers.

"What am I to do, when you love me like you do?"

Chris sang and kissed my hand, "Hold me tight and don't let go."

I sang along, dang I'm lucky..
