Chapter 5

I walked outside and noticed that Luke's car was gone. He must of taken it to go to his favorite place in the world the Navery park. The park Luke,Jai,Beau, and I use to go to when we were in middle school. We always had fun at that park, we always use to  play pranks on people and always get in trouble by cops or by parents because of those pranks. Oh those were good times. I just wish that things can go back to the way it was. I walked out the house and walked towards the park. Even though it took me a long time, I finally got to the park. I saw Luke sitting on the swings, looking down at the ground of the park. I wonder what he is thinking about. I walked over to him and sat on the swing next to him. He looked up from the ground and looked at me. "What are you doing here?" he said looking back at the ground. "I noticed you weren't at home so I went looking for you" I said. "How did you know I was going to be here?" He asked. "Because I know that this is your most favorite place to go to and you,Jai,Beau, and I used to do pranks at this park" I said smiling at the memories. He smiled too. "Why did you leave the house?" I asked looking at him. He just shook his head meaning that nothing happened. "Come on Luke, tell me" I said wanting to know. "It's because of what my mom said" he said. "What did she say?" I said. I noticed that his eyes were getting watery. I got up from the swing and gave him a tight hug. He hugged me back and I felt a tear drop on my shirt. I looked down at Luke and wiped his tears. "Babe" I said. He looked up at me. "What did she say" I said wondering about what Gina said to Luke that is making him this upset. "She said that she wished I was never a twin, that she only wanted Jai and not me" he said looking at ground. I stood there in shock. I can't believe she said that. "Luke I don't think she really meant it" I said remembering what Gina told me to say to Luke when I found him. "How do you know that" he said looking up at me. "Because when I told her I was going to go look for you, she said for me to tell you that she is sorry" I said hoping that saying that will make him feel a little better. "Really?" he said. I shook my head yes and he didn't say anything. He got up and gave me a hug. I hugged him back. "Do you forgive her?" I asked randomly. He shook his head yes and said nothing more. "Alright, let's go home" I said letting him go. He said ok and we drove home. When we got home, Gina immediately ran to look and gave him a big hug. Luke hugged her back. I heard Gina keep repeating I'm sorry to Luke and start to cry. I started to get teary eye but hid it. Gina let go of him and gave him a kiss on the check. Luke kissed her back. I Awed inside. That was the cutest mother,son moment ever. "Where did you find him?" she asked me. "At the park we always used to go to when we were in middle school" I said smiling at her. "Oh" was all she said. "Well I am going to go make some lunch for you guys ok" she said looking at both of us. We both shook our heads and she gave Luke one last kissed and walked to the kitchen. Luke and I sat on the couch, flipping through channels trying to find a show to watch. I felt like everything was going great but I felt wrong. Soon I saw Beau walk into the kitchen. He turned around and saw Luke and I on the couch. He gave me an evil grin and started to walk over to us. "Hey Luke you're back" he said smiling at Luke. Luke said hi and went back to flipping through the channels. "So Luke do you want to know what happened after you left the house?" Beau said with an evil grin. I rolled my eyes and thought "oh no here it goes". Luke nodded yes and looked up at Beau. "So Ariel walked into your room after she took a shower and Jai was still there and she changed, knowing Jai was in there and she climb on top of Jai and they started to make out." Beau said. "Jai liked what she did, she even left him a hickey on his neck, he told me" Beau added. Luke looked at me in shock and I just got furious. "How could you cheat on me and after all I did for you!" Luke said getting angry. "I DIDN'T REALLY DO THAT WHY WOULD YOU BELIEVE HIM!!" I yelled at Luke. "BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONLY ONE HERE, WHO ELSE WOULD I BELIEVE!!!" he yelled back. I stopped and took in a deep breath and started to talk. "Ask Jai because he knows everything that happened" I said calmly. I got up and went to go get Jai. We walked back to the living room and he just stood there confused. "Jai remember when I walked into the room after I took a shower" I started. He shook his head yes and I continued. "Did you see me naked?" I asked him. "No, right when you entered the room with your towel, I covered my eyes knowing you were going to change" he said. I looked at Luke and he was just looking at the ground. "Wow , you really do trust me" I said getting up to leave, I felt someone grabbed my wrist. I turned around and saw that it was Luke. "Leave me alone" I said yanking my arm away from his grip. I turned to walk away but he grabbed my waist and turned me back around. He brought me into a hug and kept repeating sorry. I tried to get away from his grip but I couldn't. I gave up and started to cry in his chest. "Why don't you trust me?" I asked. "I do it's just today was tough and I didn't feel like hearing anymore things that were going to hurt me and when Beau told me that I just got mad and I wasn't thinking and I am sorry, so sorry" he said putting his head in my neck. We stood there for what seemed like hours and finally pulled away. "Do you forgive me?" he said with his hands on my waist. I shook my head yes and gave him a hug. I looked up at him and he looked down at me and he gave me a kiss. We went back to the couch and watched a movie. I guess I fell asleep because I felt someone shaking me awake. I noticed that it was Luke. He smiled down at me and I smiled back. "Why are you always tired?" he asked with a confused look. "Because I haven't slept in like 2 weeks, before I got here" I said. Luke looked at me like I was crazy. "Why?" he asked. "Because I always have nightmare's and if I don't go to the sleep, I won't have them and the last time I had a dream, I woke up screaming and my dad came in my room and beat me until I was unconscious" I said shivering from the memory. Luke just shook his head and looked away.
