Some anti-social tenants refused to pay their rent, also wrecking their lodgings . The landlord had to send a hard administrator whose very name caused the tenants to tremble.
There is place for everything. It is said that Sita asked of her husband: "Rama, it would be grand if every house in Ayodhya were a mansion! Many houses are old and dilapidated." "But, my dear," said Rama, "If all the houses were beautiful ones, what would the masons do?"
The world has all kinds of things including fruit-bearing trees and poisonous weeds. What is good or bad depends on the situation.
