Chapter 14 : Feeling exposed

I looked over to Lisa who was standing looking at all the guys, she was wearing a coral bikini whilst I was doing everything in my power to cover my body. Her sunglasses perched on her nose. Her hair was slightly blowing in the wind which gave the illusion that the wind was strong.

"Lets make a deal" Lisa spoke, grabbing my attention "If you can act confident all day ill stop bringing up you know who"

"I accept that challenge" I spoke grabbing her sun glasses and putting them over my eyes

I gave Lisa a encouraging smile before taking a deep breathe, flipping my hair and strutting to the alcohol section letting my arms fall to my side. I walked to the alcohol looking proud, I even made some heads turn. I mentally slapped myself because I am totally losing my marbles.

I grabbed a drink and turned to be faced with Felicity Lovday. Her blonde hair was curled, she had a smile plastered across her face. she was wearing a type of 50's looking bathing suit which actually looked kind of cool.

"Hey Hannah" she smiled pulling me into a welcoming hug

"Felicity" I smiled genially, she was a nice girl to be totally honest but she did have her blonde moments

"Guess what" she asked, I give her a confused look so she decided to illiterate "Nate is checking you out" she squealed

I looked over to where Nate was and he was still talking to a group of guys, he was not looking at me. Lisa cheated, she asked poor felicity to be her replacement for today as she made a 'deal' which most probably had a loop hole because of this.

"He is not" I answered looking back to Felicity

"Go over there or I'll drag you" she spoke blankly which was scaring me slightly, I looked over to Nate then back to Felicity

I took a swig of the alcohol I was drinking then starting to walk over to Nate, you don't like Nate I was thinking. Wait if I don't like Nate why do I have a weird feeling in my stomach. Nate's friend stopped talking once I started to approach the group.

"Hey Nate" I spoke confidently, I didn't even stutter

Nate was wearing blue and white swimming shorts and a no sleeve vest, his muscles was totally visible, He looked good. Wait what? No I do not find him attractive. Well he is good looking but not my type but. Back on point, his face was smirking. Great. Nate saw me staring at his muscles. I could feel my face gradually start to heat. OMG I was blushing.

"So I was forced to come talk to you" I spoke calmly ignoring the fact I probably looked like a tomato

"Why?" He asked, his face still holding a smirk

"It's a stupid reason" I smiled

"Tell me" He responded

"Nah, It's just Lisa's crazy mind" I answered my smile growing slightly bigger

"If you don't tell me, I'll tickle you" he responded

"I dare you" I replied not believing him

Nate reached forward then started to tickle me, he grabbed my waist pulling me closer to him and continued. I screamed with laughter, accidentally grabbing peoples attention. He stopped and put me down.

"You ready to tell me?" He asked calmly

"Are you going to tickle me again?" I asked

"Depends" He spoke lifting up an eyebrow

"Lisa has a stupid conspiracy theory" I replied

"And what does that have to do with you coming over here?" he asked

"Exactly" I replied trying not to make the conversation weird

He was about to answer when he stared passed me looking at someone, I knew he wasn't looking at me. I turned around to see Lisa and Felicity making love hearts with their fingers. I slapped my forehead physically.

"Conspiracy theory?" He questioned

"Yeah, I'm going to go because this just got awkward"

I turned around and started to pace without looking constipated, I finally got to Lisa and Felicity and started to slap their away from the direction I came from. That's when I could hear a single sound of laughter. Nate was watching me. I turned around gave him a sarcastic smile before directed my anger towards the girls stood before me.

"Why are you blushing? I thought you didn't like Nate?" Lisa spoke casually raising her eyebrows in a 'I know what you did'. I shrugged her off.

"And what was up with the tickle fight?" Felicity Comment

"That was flirting honey" Lisa spoke

"Oh" was all Felicity could say

"I don't like him" I snapped

"Whatever helps you sleep at night sugar" Lisa spoke before shutting up

I've been facing Lisa and Felicity for about Five minutes and they haven't spoken, I opened my eyes to the realisation that they were not staring at me but something behind me. I turned around to be picked up off my feet and thrown onto someone's shoulder.

I lifted my head to see Lisa and Felicity walking behind me and the arms that was clutched around my legs. I looked down to see Ronnie Rush topless and carrying me towards the sea.

"Ronnie put me down" I instructed

"Sorry babe, Lisa asked me a favour" he replied

I was thinking for a minute what does he like "I will start wearing jumpers in science so you cant stare at my boobs"

He stopped at looked at Lisa "She is threatening my manly hood"

"You can look at Felicity's boobs without clothes"

He nodded and continued to walk towards the water

"Lisa.you.are.dead" I gritted through my teeth

Before I could say anything else I was awoken by the cold harsh water I was dropped in. I didn't even realise that my legs were in the water until Ronnie threw me off him, deeper into the water. Once my head resurfaced from the water, I threw the sun glasses at Ronnie before running a hand through my now damp hair.

When I finally got to somewhat dry land, whistles from boys grabbed my attention. I was soaking, ah that's why. I'm wearing a bikini and wet so when I'm trying to act confident they like it.

"Looking Hot Hannah" One boy yelled, I don't know why but I smiled

I looked down at my wrist, 11 days left, I looked over to Nate who was staring intensely at me before looking away. How am I going to do this.
