Emergence of the Strongest Alien

It was October.. and almost Halloween. The dorm room was decorated with a wide assortment of Halloween trinkets, as well as cobwebs and cutouts of bats.

Mikoto was dressed in a cute witch's costume with pumpkin full of candy under one arm as she put the finishing touches on the decorations.

The Academy City Halloween Festival was by far a fairly recent tradition in Academy City. But after a debate by the Board of Directors, it was decided that the small children of the city could use a bit of fun and candy.

Ben however, was not able to enjoy the festivities at the moment.

He sat at the kitchen dining table, groaning with a large textbook before him. "I... HATE chemistry!! Why did Ms. Komoe have to choose now to give us extra work!?"

"Come on now Ben.." said Mikoto. "You can do it.."

Ben muttered something about Chemistry being the death of him.

"Tell you what." said Mikoto. "I think I'll take a shower in an hour or so. Finish your homework by then, and maybe I'll let you join me.."

Ben chuckled. "That's some motivation.."

"WHY YOU LITTLE PERVERT!!" Kuroko teleported out of nowhere, aiming a kick at Ben's head.

The leg instead met the hard silicon compounded skin of Chromastone, and Kuroko fell to the floor, clutching her leg painfully, crying out "ITAI ITAI ITAI ITAI ITAI!!"

Chromastone sighed as he returned to human form in a flash of green light. "Come on Kuroko, doesn't that ever get old?"

"O-only... I get to ... join.. Sissy.. in the shower.." Kuroko groaned, still clutching her leg.

Mikoto suddenly let out a familiar cute sigh.. an envious one.. that meant one thing..

there was a kitten nearby..

Ben looked out the kitchen window.. sure enough, a small calico kitten that looked similar to Index's cat Sphinx, sat outside, mewing and licking her paw.

Ben smiled at Mikoto as she stared at the kitten.

Kittens were a sore spot for Mikoto. She absolutely adored small cute animals, but she could never pet a kitten. The reason for this was the constant electromagnetic field she emitted, it irritated cats especially in particular, so cats tended to avoid her. So she was reduced to watching from a distance, wishing constantly that she could pet the kittens that liked to play around Academy City.

Ben sometimes wondered if it was possible to get Touma to touch Mikoto's shoulder or something, negate her power so that she could go pet the kittens that passed by.. however it wasn't as if Touma was a handy toolbox you had on hand whenever you wanted.

However, Ben had a theory he thought just might work.

Ben activated the Omnitrix, and turned into AmpFibian.

"Hey Mikoto." said AmpFibian. "Why don't we go out and say hello to it?"

"What?" Mikoto stammered as AmpFibian wrapped a tentacle around her arm and pulled her out the door.

"COME ON! It'll be fine!" said AmpFibian.

"B-but cats hate-" Mikoto began.. just before she found herself standing in front of the kitten..

The kitten looked at Mikoto, and just mewed casually before slinking over to her and rubbing it's body against Mikoto's leg.

Mikoto stared with shock. "H-how?"
