"WHAM!!! WHAM WHAM WHAM!!" Hulka sent several skilled punches and blows into Acqua's jaw.. much tot he surprise of the saint.

"NOBODY INTERFERE!" Hulka roared at the onlookers. "This one's mine!!"

Acqua stepped back, wiping his chin and feeling it. "Quite an amount of strength.. I'd say it almost matches that of Fourarms.."

"It ain't always about strength." said Hulka. "A Plumber is supposed to be ready to fight in any situation.. and in a galaxy where most of the alien population have super powers, that means you'd better have a goddamn good set of hand to hand combat training, or you're dead!!"

Hulka brought both his fists down at Acqua, who rolled aside and then emerged behind Hulka aiming a kick at his side.

Hulka ducked the kick, the sent a powerful uppercut right into the bottom of Acqua's jaw, sending him reeling back.

"You're 200 years too late to be trying to take me down kid!" said Hulka. "Each and every Plumber Cadet since 150 years ago.. I've trained them up... you won't find a guy whose been in the service longer then me! Plumber Style Martial Arts is designed for any species, whether Humanoid, Multi-limbed, or gelatinous!! Even beings far stronger then the average fighter aren't immune to this!"

(And if you go by Young Justice Logic, where Black Canary kicked Superboy's butt, then yes.. this is actually possible, if you're as skilled as Hulka at least.)

Acqua smiled. "It's been a while.. but, I must say I've never seen as skilled an individual as yourself. Your punches don't hurt.. none of your blows do.. but.. you are skilled enough to evade and counter my every move... and I've had training.. So this is the power of a Magister.."

"No son... this is just an old Drill Instructor whose not about to let you send his Cadet to Heaven the hard way!" said Hulka cracking his knuckles.

"Good.. I admire a man with loyalty to his students.." said Acqua. "But I'm afraid I cannot spare any who come in my way.. I have the weight of the entire world on my shoulders at the moment.. and the only way to do that weight justice.. is killing that student.."

Acqua moved at incredible speed, sending blistering punches and kicks at Hulka.

Hulka moved with amazing skill and perception, dodging several fast blows and sending some of his own back at Acqua... but Acqua powered through all the attacks with ease... before finally, sending a massive punch into Hulka's metal implant, smashing the Magister into the ground.

"N-not.. as young as used to be.." Hulka grumbled as Acqua picked up his lance.

"I'm sorry, but I cannot spare you.." said Acqua.

Suddenly, there was a burning light...as apparently nearly invisible wires that had been crisscrossed through the area, lit up with flames.

BOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!" Flames exploded into the sky as Kanzaki leapt out with Hulka under her arm.

"Not bad kid.. figured you'd need time to get here." said Hulka. "So I bought you some.."

"Get some rest." said Kanzaki. "I'll take it from here."

Acqua swept the flames aside with his lance.. letting a shockwave explode from his body. "I purposely held back most of my strength when fighting the Plumber to give him a fair challenge.. I can see now that was a mistake."

"Stay back." said Kanzaki, swiftly drawing her sword and slashing it outwards. "I am your opponent now.. Acqua.."

"Kaori Kanzaki.. the Saint Class Magician of Necessarius.. perhaps the one individual here who is actually able to match my strength." said Acqua.
