Chapter Thirteen (Will you?)

Three Months Later

Bella's POV

Edward, Alice, Jasper, and I are graduating from high school today, but this isn't the first time they have graduated high school because they've repeated high school several times and more than once at Forks. Alice has been excited all day long, I swear she was going to drive me nuts if she didn't calm down. Jasper could sense my emotions and told me, "I can't get Alice to calm down Bella, you'll just have to ignore her." Charlie looked at Alice and said, "I never seen a vampire this excited about graduating, especially since it isn't her first time." I told Charlie, "She's always excited, but I've never seen her this excited." We were currently sitting in the Cullen's living, all the mated pairs were sitting together.

Alice stated when it was a quarter after one, "It's time for us to head to the school, remember no speeding or Bella's father will pull you over." I asked her with a smirk plastered on my face, "Is that what you saw, Alice?" She rolled her eyes at me and, "It's just common knowledge, Bella." Then she reminded everyone, "Remember we're having a graduation party tonight." When she was looking I rolled my eyes at her, the others started laughing and Alice looked at everyone with a confused expression. When her eyes landed on me I smirked at her, she folded her arms over her chest and asked, "What did you do, Bella?" I responded with a smug look, "For me to know and for you to never find out." She sighed in frustration and pulled Jasper along with her as she went outside to get in the car.

Edward's POV

Bella didn't have a clue what I planned to do at the graduation, I already had asked for Charlie's permission a few days ago and he had said yes. Right now I was following behind Charlie because I knew I would try to speed if I was behind him. I knew Jacob Black would most likely go berserk, when I ask the question I had for her in front of everyone in the auditorium. Bella's hand in mine was the only thing keeping me calm, I was still nervous though.

Bella suddenly asked concerned, "Is something wrong, Edward?" I replied soothingly, "No Bella, everything is fine." She smiled at me and said, "Okay, you just seem a little nervous." I responded, "I'm fine Bella, really." She asked me, "You promise?" I gave her one of my alluring grins and said, "I promise, my love." I pulled into the school's parking lot and parked in the back, then I swiftly got out and opened the door for Bella. She smiled at me and said, "Thank you, Edward." I purred in her ear, "You're welcome, my darling." She smacked me on my shoulder and told me, "Behavior yourself, Edward." I replied, "Yes ma'am." She rolled her eyes at me, when she thought I wasn't looking as we headed towards the auditorium.

Bella's POV

Edward and I departed once we were inside the auditorium, we had to lined up in alphabetical order and Edward was closer to the front, while I was closer to the back. Jessica Stanley was standing in front of me in line, she turned around and asked, "How have you been, Bella?" I replied, "Great and you?" She responded, "I would be better if Mike would shut up about you getting back with Edward, it's none of his business and he's acting like a drama queen." I couldn't help but laugh at that, she started laughing as well. She told me, "You'll like the end of my speech, you'll understand what I mean soon." Then she turned around and I started at the back of her head in confusion.

Ten minutes later the line started moving because the principal was handing out the diploma's. I watched as Alice, Edward, and Jasper went up on stage to get their diploma's, then they took their seats. It was about ten more minutes before It was my turned. Once I got my diploma I quickly followed Jessica off the stage, I took a seat next to her. I had noticed Charlie was sitting with Billy and Jacob, the Cullen's were holding their breath because they couldn't stand the werewolves scent just like the werewolves couldn't stand theirs.

The principal was done giving out the diploma's less than a minute later, he asked, "Will the Valid Victorian come up on stage?" Jessica Stanley got up from her seat next to me and headed up on the stage, then began giving her speech. When she reached the end of her speech, she sent a some type of signal to Edward. He got up from his seat, he came to a stop in front of me as Jessica stated, "Edward has a question he would like to ask Bella." Then Edward swiftly got onto one knee and pulled out a small velvet book, he opened it to reveal a ring and asked, "Bella Marie Swan, will you do me the honor of marrying me?" I was totally stunted by what he asked me, I stuttered, "I...I..." I cleared my throat and said, "Yes, I will."

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Jacob storm out of the auditorium, I knew he wouldn't of taken this well. I pulled Edward in for a lingering kiss, we stopped when Emmett shout, "Get a room." I narrow my eyes at him and he remained silent, he knew he shouldn't mess with me. Edward placed the ring on my finger and took his seat again, Jessica returned to her seat as well. I looked down at the ring on my finger, I wanted to married to Edward as soon as possible.
