So here's the third chapter of my fanfiction and I'm really enjoying it. Oh and the picture up there I drew. Yeah. That's what Alec looks like.

Dante's POV
I glanced down at the girls sleeping body.
She looks nowhere near my old man. How's she related to him?
I smiled at this thought.
"She should be waking up now." I muttered softly.
Alec's POV
I jolted up and looked around. I was in a room with a large floor-to-ceiling mirror and a statue of the Goddess of Time. On the other side of the bed I was laying on there where double doors leading out to a balcony. I sat up more and saw Dante sitting on the edge of the bed.
"Where am I?"
"Well you're in a room on Mallet Island." I glared at him with the 'I-think-I-already-knew-that' look. He chuckled and I swear, he sounded like his brother. I shook that thought from my head. Vergil was dead and I couldn't change that.
I stood up and looked around more. Near the door that goes to the hallway (well I think it goes to a hallway), there was a statue of a woman with a upset expression. It looked like something could be placed through her chest. I remembered the dagger I got from a small ledge near the roof. I grabbed it from one of my hilts on my thigh, and placed it in the woman's chest. A red sphere fell out of the statues mouth. I reached to grab it, but a hand stopped me. I looked up to see Dante looking at me with a warning expression.
"Don't."
"Why? Is there something wrong with it?" I asked.
"Yes. If you pick up that orb, your life will be slowly disappearing. So I wouldn't suggest picking it up. Just yet." He let go and stood up straight.
"Move away from it." I obeyed and moved a few feet away from it. He picked it up and, after a short time, struggled to stand.
"Dante, are you okay!?"
"Y-yeah. I'm fine." He put the orb in one of his pockets.
"How did you know about this? The orb I mean."
"Well," He started. "Let's just say the Temen-ni-gru happened and a dumb clown told me about it."
"Oh..." He walked to the door.
"Well. You comin' or not?" I stood there in my thoughts for a moment.
"Lady." I snapped out of my thinking and looked at him.
"I have a name. It's Alec."
"Well let's go babe before I die. And that isn't what I wish for a woman like you to see."
"I saw your brother die..." I muttered.
"What?"
"Oh. It's nothing." I walked to the door and we left.
