Eren's messed up life (Levi x Eren)

Our Education

~ Levi's POV ~

I'd got dressed and showered by seven o'clock and was tidying my room when I heard a groan and something hit the ground in the room opposite mine. Peering through the gap of the over door I saw two leg's spread out across the room.

"Shit" was all I could bring myself to say when I crouched beside the half asleep male "Grab my shoulder" As I said so I saw a twitch of his finger showing me he was unable to move."Can't move?" I questioned only to see his mouth move in a speaking movement but for nothing to come out. "It's okay, it's just the medication"

Right then was the minute his eye's opened wide in panic. Stupid Levi you've freaked him out now! I saw his eye's slowly water and I started panicking myself.

"No, no it's fine the medication was to help. I saw you drowning and pulled up out just as you passed out. My friend's helped me bring you here. You're okay now." He's breathing slowed down "Here let me help you"

I turned him on his back getting a slight wince from him and picked him up bridal style placing him back on the cosy bed. Looking at him he seemed to be giving me pleading eyes and looked away. As I did so he let out a small, nearly unheard, yawn.

"It's okay" I say in a hushed voice to him "sleep"

I didn't have to say anymore as the boy's eye's were calmly shut with his breathing now at an even pace. I pulled out a note I'd wrote earlier and left it in front of the door after tucking him back in. The note said; Gone to school, don't bother doing anything stupid. Back for 3.45pm. I felt bad leaving him by himself in such a state but I knew I couldn't just cut out on school and thought that I might get some answers from Jean about what happened.

~Time Skip ~

I ended up getting a lift from Farlan as he only lived a few streets away. Me and Isabel hopped out of the car saying our goodbye's to Farlan who was off to a meeting for his new job as a teacher assistant for primary school's. 

We entered the main entrance through another door which lead us to the cafeteria were Erwin and Hanji were waiting for us. 

Hanji shuffled sideways making more space for me and Isabel to sit next to her on a three seated sofa. We sat in the corner of the cafeteria where we got a bird eye view of the main hall. 

Erwin always sat on an armchair just in front of a small coffee table opposite us as I sat between Hanji and Isabel, though most day's Isabel leave's for her science and drama club's.

Seeing as my father was the head teacher of the school most people were scared to be seen around me but that wasn't so bad as even the teachers were  scared that I never had to worry about homework. We missed most lesson's, the boring one's but still wanted an okay education well - they did - I really couldn't care less. 

Hanji always went to her social studies and science lessons though missed the rest, Erwin made sure he went to Science, Math's, English and Language studies. 

Isabel went to all her classes and was one who was wanted by all boys but she was never interested as she was more concerned about her grade's. 

But me I'm different. I won't say I don't go to classes as I do but not because I want to it's just I want to prove to Kenny I will never turn out to be like him. I go to my math's, when I can be bothered, and always stay for English, Science and Language studies just to be with Erwin and Hanji if I can't think of anything better to do.

"So?" Erwin raises an eyebrow at me.

"So what?" I ask, my voice of irritation.

"The boy?"

"Eren" Isabel corrected Erwin.

"Yeah what about him?" Arr I hate being bugged first thing in the morning.

"Well how is he? Did he wake up? Did he run? Do you like him? Do you know why none of us ever saw him in school? Did you-" I cut Hanji off there with her trillion of question's.

"Maybe if you shut up I'll answer!" 

She gave off a loud chuckle "Yeah, sorry"

"Let's see" I slouched back in my seat recapping all the questions she had asked. "He woke up just before I left. Tried to walk but failed, he collapsed and seem's to be in a lot of pain. I didn't bother asking him any question's as the minute I laid him back down he fell asleep"

Erwin and Isabel nodded as Hanji gave me a goofy grin "Well we have math's, double R.E then double Food technology so after math's we can go see him how about that?" Hanji suggested.

"Well don't add me in I've got double drama instead of Food so I'm sticking at school" Isabel said as we all nodded not expecting her to come anyway.

"Hold up" I said putting my hand's up for everyone to stop talking and they did "Will leave after the first R.E just before the end of break"

"How comes?" Erwin asked.

"That means we gotta do one lesson of religious education!" Hanji whined.

"No we don't. Jean's not in R.E he has social studies we, meaning I, can tell the teacher Kenny wants to see him and pull 'em out of class"

"But why would we want to pull Jean out, Levi?" Hanji asked confused.

"Well he was the one who dumped the bo-Eren in the lake to die"

"True if you want I can see if I can find some information on Eren" Isabel added.

"How would you do that don't we have a math's test?" I questioned.

"No, you guy's do, I got to do mine yesterday after finishing my work to quick" She looked over at me "I'll say I've left some work in the library, find the information and when I come back to class I say I got pulled over by Kenny. That'll sure half scare him and he won't wanna know more"

"Okay, after math's we'll meet in the old outside music room and bring Jean. We'll question him there and see what you" I nodded at Isabel "Will have to offer, then we'll go"

"Farlan's meeting is at half ten and break end's at five past eleven so I'll message him to give you a lift"

"Are you sure Isa-" She cut me off.

"He's coming back this way anyway, It'll be fine"

"Cheer's"

"No problem, I'm gonna go and help Mr Jinn give out the math's test see you soon" We all nodded as she skipped out the hall way up the stairs to Mr Webb's room.

"So Jean was the one who did it?" Hanji asks a bit of excitement in her voice.

"Yep" Erwin replies only to get a 'woooow' from Hanji.
