Eren's messed up life (Levi x Eren)

A Monster

~ Eren's POV ~

It's so dark. So lonely. So....

You're stood it was room, an empty room, with no one in it. 

Noise echo off the walls and into your ears but you shake them off and stare at the only wall with color on it, the only wall dripping in blood. On the wall appears a picture, one in which you know. 

You walk to it. 

You pick it up. 

It cracks. 

The picture is none other than your sister and parents, you're best friend in the back ground, all staring directly at you. 

Stunned up drop it, glass shattering all over the floor.

"You" Armin? Stepping back a dark figure steps out of the wall "are"

"The reason" It's not Armin anymore as you see him being joined with both of your dead parents.

You happen to be both terribly happy yet sad as blood forms in their eyes instead of tears.

"Our death" Spinning around you come face to face with Mikasa.

Attempting but failing to open your mouth or move your body you hear the sound of both a car horn and train. T

o your right, where Armin is stood, shaking his head, a train runs through him and both before you and behind you two cars speed through. 

Your mums crying yet your dad doesn't give you eye contact instead of hooking his arm around his wife for comfort.

"Remember this" Mikasa's voice taunts you "You will life knowing you took ours" but before you can detest another car come from behind her. More blood splatters before you. A scream comes from you. "You killed us" 

 Then In a swift motion you look to your left where you're met by your own death. 

Your own killer.

Your murderer.

A monster.

Yourself. 

"Die"

I jolt up, body overheating, breathing rapidly, eyes watering.

"Eren!" Jumping at the sound I squeeze my eye's shut only hoping for it not to be one from the dream "Hey, look at me" I took it as an order, peeking through my eyelids where I see the one to save me from my fear.

"Levi" I cry draping my arms around him, both falling back into the bed, me shaking.

"Hey, hey?" He says trying to pull away but I hold on tightly where he soon gives up and hugs back "It's okay, it's okay. It was just a dream." I shake my head, he tenses in confusion.

"No-no I killed them" Tears are now soaking his shoulder "I did it, it was me"

"Oi" He says pulling me back with force making me look him in the eyes "You're not making any sense"

"It was me" I'm wailing now "It's all my fault" My arms leave his body "I shouldn't-I couldn't you'd hate me. You'd go. You'd leav-"

"Do I look like I'm going anywhere?" He snapped. "Look I'm not going to force you to tell me about your past but I'm telling you one thing now" I nod "Whatever was your fault is over with now"

"But I'm-I'm a monster I shouldn't be alive"

"No" I stop him there bringing him back into a hug "You're hurting" He rests his head on mine, voice muffled as he talks into my hair "A monster feels no emotion. a monster does not care"

"I-" Still he cuts me off.

"If you were to be a monster you wouldn't be here. You feel the pain of whatever is in your mind right now and that shows you're sane. That shows you're human. That shows you are anything but a monster. You are Eren Jaeger a boy with fears but is whom I know is strong enough to overcome it"

"Levi-" 

"You're not alone Eren" More tears flood out my eyes "You have me, Hanji, Isabel, Farlan and even busy brows so don't think about doing something that'll hurt others"

"Hurt others?" I questioned.

"Yes hurt others, have you never fault that if you were to die we wouldn't be hurting" I shook my head in shock "We then,  know it would"

"But-but I killed them and-and I can kill you" Him flinching at my sudden choice of word he then relaxes again, me still in his arms.

"Would you kill me, Eren?" Then it hit me.

"No"

"Why?"

"Because..."

"Because you don't want to hurt me. As a monster would want to. By you wanting to leave is showing me you want to keep us safe, would a monster care? Would a monster sacrifice that?" He didn't give me time to reply "Exactly" Eyes now sore and puffy slowly begin to shut once again as I curl into his warmth "Then I ain't going anywhere" 

"You won't leave me?" I notice how prophetic I sound but am to tired to try and take it back.

"I wouldn't dream of it"

"Stay" I order, yawning after.

"Are you sur-" My face buried in his chest, hand gripping his shirt I pull him forwards for a tighter hug "Goodnight Eren"

"Goodnig-" Black soon clouds over me and his last words seen me into a dream-less sleep.

"Sleep well, brat"
