⬆picture of Alec!!!
I was about get out of his car when he looked over at me.
"It really bothers you doesn't it?" He asked and I looked at him.
"My back?" I asked and he shook his head.
"Being lonely." He said and I looked down.
"I've always been sorta lonely, Alec. I'm used to it." I explained and he nodded. I opened the door and stepped out looking in at him. The sun had started setting and shone through his window at him. He seemed to be dark in the warmth of it.
"I'll see you tomorrow?" I asked and he looked at me.
"Maybe." He said before I shut the door and watched him pull away. He didn't go home, by kept driving down the road as I watched.

I woke up in the middle of the night and ran down the steps trying to find food. Nothing sounded good. I wanted something along the lines of meaty and juicy. I took one look at the steak and smiled. Steak at twelve in the morning, totally good. I finished cooking it and took a bite only for my hunger to dissipate. I looked down at the whole steak and sighed. Wrapping it I shoved it back in the fridge and walked back to my bed. Laying down on my side I sighed. My back had a burning feeling as I laid there. Unable to ignore the annoying sensation I got up and walked into my bathroom. I turned the light on and turned stripping my shirt and looking over my shoulder. I gasped at the giant teeth marks on my right shoulder. It was infected and bleeding, with some black stuff coming out of it. I pulled my shirt back on and ran out jumping in my car. I drove to the walk-in clinic and entered.
"Can I see a doctor for this thing on my back." I asked the receptionist. She had me fill out some paperwork and hours later I was seen. I sat on the table as the doctor pulled my shirt up to only reveal my back.
"Miss McGuire... There nothing here." He said and I turned looking at him. I was about to say something when a nurse walked in.
"Tara?" I looked up to see Alec standing there.
"Alec? You work here?" I asked and he nodded before turning to the doctor.
"Another rash victim." Alec told the doctor and the doctor rushed out leaving us alone.
"Why are you here?" Alec asked and I sighed.
"I thought, I had animal bites... On my back?" I said and he frowned. He walked around me and touched a sore part on my back.
"No, I think you slept on something that was hard. I don't see no teeth marks or scratches. Tara, why don't you go home and try to get some sleep." He said and I nodded pulling my shirt down and standing. I walked to the door.
"Oh, try not sleeping in that sweater." He said and I stopped before turning to him. He was cleaning the table and I went to say something but shook it away. I went to my car, drove home and crawled in bed, pulling my sweater off.
How did he know I slept in it? Did he watch me at night? I asked myself but shook it away and fell asleep.

My eyes snapped open and I sat up meeting the golden burning eyes."What do you want?" I asked him and he grunted. I looked to my open window and across to see Alec's open as well.
"Are you Alec's dog?" I asked it and myself. It growled and rose to its hind legs like a human.
"What the hell." I cursed as it walked forward like it was normal and put its clawed front right paw on my blanket. I felt my heart speeding up.
"No, no, your just a dream. Just a dream." I said as it climbed on my bed towards me. Without thinking I reached for my drawer and pulled out a knife. I brought it up and swung it earning a cry and reaction. It swung its paw and scratched my side cutting it open. I gasped and dropped the knife hugging my side. The creature crawled backwards off my bed holding its forehead above its right eye and turned jumping out my window.

I woke the next morning feeling sticky and gross. I got up and took a shower before getting dressed. I was cleaning my dirty clothes up when I found four giant cuts in the left side of my shirt. I quickly lifted my clean shirt to reveal four scratches across my left side. I ran into my room looking around my room. There was a huge bloody paw on my blanket and my knife laid on the bedside table.
"Holy shit." I cursed and walked to my window. It was open and claw marks decorated the sill. I took a deep breath and sat on my bed.
"This isn't real. This isn't real." I said to myself before standing. I grabbed the sheets and blanket along with my shirt and took them stuffing them in a box and placing them in my spare bedroom. I got ready and ran out to my car driving to school. When I got to school, I felt like everyone was staring at me, like they knew something was wrong. I went to my locker unlocking it and grabbing my books before rushing to hide under the tree. As I got there I found a familiar face.
"Hey, Tar." Josh greeted as I sat down.
"Hey." I said slipping my black hoodie over my head more.
"What's wrong?" He asked and I sighed. It was no use lying to one of the only people in the world that can tell. I stood and grabbed my hood.
"Something happened while I was asleep." I said pulling my shirt and hood up revealing the scratches.
"Wow, man. What happened?" He asked standing and looking at it with concern.
"I thought I was sleeping but when I woke up I had these. And the other night when I had a nightmare I thought I seen marks from it." I told him pulling my clothes up to reveal my shoulder. Anger filled his eyes and he looked at it. He turned quickly and went to the table grabbing my books.
"Josh what's wrong?" I asked as he gave me my books.
"Stay away from, Alec." He said almost growling.
"Why? What did he do?" I asked by he turned walking off. I pulled my clothes down and followed behind him.
"Josh! Joshua Carson!" I yelled and he stopped.
"Tar, he's dangerous. Stay away from him or some bodies bound to get hurt. More than now." He said turning to me.
"I don't want to have a problem so, just listen." He said before turning and storming off. I felt anger fill my heart and turned.
Listen my ass. I can handle this myself.
