Tania could feel it, her blood was calling for the werewolves. She didn't know what was happening the only reason she could think of was that she needed more blood. How this could be acting up so fast, she just drank some like days ago.

Tania felt lightheaded, and weaker then normal, but it wasn't as bad as it has been. The cuffs on her wrists bit into her skin, but she ignored them.

Tania looked up at a knock on the door. The door opened and a blonde haired girls head popped in. "Hey, ah... Can I talk to you?"

Tania shrugged, sitting up. It's not like she actually had a choice. The girl walked into the room, sitting on the chair next to the bed. "Hi, er, I'm Marita, Logan's fiancé."

Tania raised her eyebrow at that, but didn't say anything. "Listen," Marita continued, "I'm kinda on your side in all this. If it were up to me I'd let you go back to your family."

Tania sat there surprised, "I guess you missed the memo where I tried killing everyone including your fiancé."

Marita chuckled, looking down. "Actually, I don't blame you, in fact, I think it's cool that you know how to fight."

Tania's eye widened, "You don't know how to fight?!"

Marita smiled slightly, "Nope, they don't really teach girls anything except how to cook, clean, and sew. I know how to shoot a bow though!"

"Wow! Now I'm even more glad I was left to die!" Tania exclaimed. "Who taught you to shoot?"

"Logan," Marita answered blushing. "He was out shooting in the backyard when we first met. He hit the bullseye, right in the middle every time. I told him that was cool, and I wished I could do that."

Marita looked down, playing with her fingers. "I expected him to laugh, like any other guy would, but he just said he would teach me."

"And he did." Tania finished for her.

Marita nodded, looking at Tania. Tania brushed back her hair, it was getting annoying, and she wished she could pull it back into a braid or something.

Marita noticing, said. "I can do you hair. If you want?! I mean if you don't-"

"Go ahead, it's been driving me nuts." Tania said turning around as much as she could, letting Marita do her hair.

After a bit, Marita told her it was done. Marita stared at the scar on her head. "Where did you they that?" She asked hesitantly.

Tania rubbed it, carefully. "This I got from the falling. This is one of the reasons my human parents left me."

"What's the other reason?" She asked.

Tania hesitated a second, but decided this was her best option, winning the girl over with sympathy. Tania pulled up her pant leg, showing Marita her scar. "This is the other reason, I guess," Tania told her.

Marita gasped at the sight, bring her hand up to her mouth. "Wow!"

"How did you get that bruise on your face?" Tania asked, pulling her pant leg down.

Marita touched her face, softly. "I was hoping it had faded enough, no one else would notice."

"I live to notice small details, a faded bruised cheek stands out to me as a weakness. Something I can hopefully use to my advantage in a fight, if I have to fight," Tania explained.

Marita blinked, then shook her head. "Ok, well a while ago my little brother passed away. Now my father gets drunk and hurts me and my mother. I got this in one of his fits," Marita said, indicating toward her face.

Tania sat up and pulled her shirt up showing her scars from the wolverine attack. "I got this when I was attacked by a wolverine."

Marita gasped, inching closer before backing up, shaking her head. "After they did that to you, you still want to live with them?!"

"What? Oh, no, I live with werewolves. They transform into wolves, where as wolverines just grow long claws out of their hands," Tania explained.

"Ohh... Good, I was gunna say..." Marita trailed off.

Tania sat up, her chains clanging in the bed. "The sun's going down."

Marita looked around the room, with the blinds drawn, there was no way to tell where the sun was. "How do you know that?!"

"I can smell night. It smells like home," Tania muttered getting lost in thoughts.

"Do you think they'll come for you? The werewolves I mean," Marita asked, hesitantly.

Tania looked at the door longingly. "I know they will, I just hope they'll be smart about it when they do."
~Next Day~

The pull was harder, Tania could feel the drowsiness of the need for blood. There was a knock on the door that seemed to ring in her head.

Not waiting for an answer the door opening. The blonde haired woman, who was supposed to be her mother, walked in. "Hello, dear, I just wanted you to know that I forgive you for hurting me two nights ago."

"I didn't ask for you forgiveness, now did I?" Tania snapped, sitting up.

"Ah... No, but I thought-"

"Well, you thought wrong! Does it even look like I'm sorry? If I ever see you face again, I'll rip it off!" Tania growled.

"Susan, dear-"

"Get out!!" Tania screamed, but then was interrupted by a fit of coughing.

The coughing was so strong that Tania couldn't even fend off the crazy lady from patting her on the back.

Tania laid on the cot, gasping for air. Her mind told her to grab the woman's hand that was on her back, and go for the escape, but her body wouldn't listen. Her body was to busy trying to breath.

"My poor baby's getting sick! I'll go make you some soup," she said, leaving the room.

After a few moments Tania pushed herself up and rolled over, laying on on her back. Sleep pulled Tania down before she could even try fighting it.
~•~•~•~

Tania woke slowly, her head was pounding and she felt very feverish. "Good, you're awake," someone said next to her, making her wince.

"Sh... Stop yelling," Tania groaned, rubbing her face.

Logan's head came into view. "Susan, what's wrong with you? Why are you so sick?"

"I-I need blood, I'm to far away from the werewolves." Then Tania sobbed. "I-I just want to go home."
