I sat and look at Josh my eyes started to well up with tears. I just put my head down and cried silently. All of a sudden I felt a hand on my shoulder that made me jump.

"Hey sweetheart it's ok it me." Josh said as I turned and look at him. "Why are you crying?" He asked me. "Josh I don't won't you to be another sad tragedy. Please Josh I love you so much. I can't live without you. You are my world and if you die I don't know what I am going to do."

He then grabbed my hand and led me to the living room and sat down with me on the couch. "Evelyn sweetheart, I love you too, baby girl. I love you so much that it breaks my heart when your like this. Evelyn please don't worry I won't die doing this, I know what I am doing."

I threw my arms around him. "But Joshua I... I can't live like this, I can't take it any more Josh, I want you." "What are you talking about." He says confused.

"Joshua please I want you to be mine, I want to marry you, I want to have a family with you one day, Josh the thing is I don't want to be with anyone else but you."

Josh then shook his head. "Evelyn you can't, you are to young for me besides I told my self along time ago that I was never getting married because of something that happened to me in high school."

I then shook my head as well. "Josh you don't understand, I'm not like those other girls who treated you like garbage. I'm willing to give you my all. Josh age is nothing but a number." I say

I continued "It's if you both love one another and are willing to give them your all. Josh my heart feels like I'm being stabbed thousands of times every time your deny me you love. Josh please your breaking my heart I really love you. Please give me that same love back I'll even wait until I'm eighteen to get married with you."

Josh looked at me and started to cry. " I'm so sorry baby girl I been ignoring that fact that you love me so much. I sorry that I didn't show you the love you wanted from me. I was the busy protecting you and treating you like a baby." Then Josh stood up and kissed me.

I was surprised "Evelyn I love you too." He said holding my hands. "Are you serious." I said sobbing." He shook his head up and down. I then hugged him tightly "I love you." I whispered. He kissed the top of my head, and walk away upstairs.
