Meeting in Manhattan

Brianna's POV

Today was the day of the meeting and I was freaking out. I set my alarm for 6:00 which none of the boys were happy about because I woke them up. I had to leave my self some time to get ready. Plus the interview was in Manhattan, so I had to leave early to avoid as much traffic as possible. I showered and tried to put together a sophisicated outfit together. Once I was ready, I went into the kitchen to quickly eat something before I left. But when I walked in, i found Ashton making breakfast for me. He was making waffles, eggs, and sausages.

" Ashton, you didn't have to do this. It's too early for you." I felt kind of bad. He is honestly too much.

" I wanted too." He pouted.

" You're sweet." I gave him a peck on the cheek which took the frown right off his face.

We sat down at one of the booths on the bus and ate in silence. A nice silence. After I finished, I got up and said goodbye.

" Thanks Ash, the breakfast was lovely." I thanked him while walking down the steps and off the bus.

" No problem. And you look beautiful, by the way." I blushed and got into my car.

Luckily there was no traffic, so by the time I got there, I had time left to spare. It was only 10:00 so I stopped at a Starbucks to get a vanilla frap to wake me up from the early drive. I entered the lobby of the building and went up to the lady at the front desk.

" Hi! My name's Brianna Clark. I have an appointment with Simon Cowell at 10:30."

" Ok. Let me see if he's ready for you." She called Simon.

" Hello. Yes, Simon. A, um Brianna Clark is here to see you."

I could hear him through the phone say," Ahh yes. Send her up." She nodded and hung up the phone.

" You can go right up, 13th floor third door on your right." She smiled politely.

" Thank you." I waved and went into the elevators. I followed her directions and came up to a door that read ' Mr. Cowell' on it. I slightly knocked and I heard him yell a 'Come in!' I opened the door and saw the biggest office ever. It had it's own break room with black leather sofas and bright white carpeting. It was VERY spacious. I came out of my trance when Simon spoke.

" Come take a seat." He said. I nodded and sat in front of his desk. We exchanged 'hellos" and shook hands.

" Now that you're here, we can talk business."

" Ok."

" First off, how old are you."

" Eighteen."

" Have you finished highschool?"

" Yes."

" Excellent."

" Now here the papers you need to sign. Initials here, here, and here. And signature at the bottom. When you sign these, you will be under my name for 5 years. After that time you have the choice to renew or end your time here, depending on your success. Your tour will start the winter of 2013 and end in the summer of 2014. You will be recording some songs and songwrite in the studios with 5 Seconds of Summer, once you get to LA. No other restrictions."

" Thank you so much for this opportunity." I signed the papers and handed it to him. He smiled and told me I could go. I got a text from Ashton.

To: Ashton

Great. I signed the papers. I will record with you in LA and go on tour.

From: Ashton

That's great! :-)

I smiled. He really was so sweet. I wonder if we are like boyfriend, girlfriend. I wasn't going to worry about it. I didn't want to rush it.
