Back in Hyrule...

*Betsy's Perspective*

"Link! Wake up!" I shouted at him.

"Huh...? Oh, Bets. It's you. Yeah, I'm up. Just give me a few more-" I yanked him out of the bed.

"We have to go see Darunia! So, get up, lazy bones!" Tatl yelled at him, and he sighed.

"Alright, alright, I'm up. Let's go." He was irritated, but who wouldn't be after being literally yanked out of bed?

We went into the lost woods before the Kokiri woke up and Mido yelled at me again. We went back through the portal, and into Goron City, and I led Link down to Darunia's room.

"Umm... How do we get in?" Tatl asked me.

I pulled out my Ocarina, and played Saria's song. The door opened, and I ran inside, Link following me through.

"Who goes there? Who has entered Darunia's Room???" Darunia bellowed.

"Uh, my name is Link, and this is Betsy." Link told him.

"I don't want to be bothered, I'm not in the mood. Go away, you kids!" He yelled at us.

"Oh come on!" Link threw his hands up in the air. "Now what?!?!"

I laughed. I'd said the same thing when I got here when I was 7. Which was, coincidentally, Link's age right now.

"This time, you're doing it. Play Saria's Song." I told him.

"Oh... Okay." He pulled out his Ocarina, and played the familiar down-right-left, down-right-left tune.

I stared in complete horror as Darunia started crazily dancing.

"OH!!! OH!!! OH OH OH OH OH!!!! HOT!!!" He yelled, and finally stopped dancing. Link looked at me as if to ask 'wtf?' and I shrugged. "That was one hot beat. I like it a lot!! I'm in a better mood now, so uhh... What do you kids want?"

"The Spiritual Stone of Fire." Link told him.

"Oh... Hmm. Well, you're gonna have to do something for me." Darunia replied.

"Well, we made you hap-" Link started to say, and I slapped my hand over his mouth.

"How can we help you?" I asked.

"The Dogongo's cavern is blocked off, and the Dodongos have gotten way out of control, and all of us Gorons are starving. The best rocks come from there, and we've gotten so accustomed to eating them, the other rocks just... Aren't any good. So, if you open it up, and take care of the Dodongos, I'll give you the Spiritual Stone. Alright?"

"Yeah. Anything else?" Link asked, a little irritated that he didn't get the Stone easily.

"Yeah... Take these Bracelets. They will let you pick up heavy things." He said, and handed them to us, and we slid them on. "The entire Goron race is counting on you! If we don't get rocks soon, we're all going to starve and die! So... Go get in there!" He shooed us out, and I turned to Link.

"You heard the man! Let's go."
