*Robert's Perspective*

I sat in the room, staring at the single, lonely tree. I let out a deep, sorrowful sigh. I thought about Bets, wondering if she was even here, if my mind was playing tricks on me, and if she was here, if she'd even gotten my letter.

If... If...

...She even cared.

I'd had dreams for the last 5 nights, 2 of which involving earth, the other three involving Bets, alongside who could only be Link.

I dreamt that they'd beaten Dodongo's Cavern, and together killed King Dodongo. They had to go to Zora's Domain, which met they had to come find Ruto's Letter. So, I'd taken out the one bottle I had, and stuck a letter in it. I'd thrown it down a hole I'd found, and hoped went back out to Lake Hylia. My only worry was how Bets would possibly get down here, if this was in the Young Link time period. Which, from the fact they were collecting the Spiritual Stones, it was. I mean, she couldn't get to the ice caverns, couldn't get the Iron Boots, and couldn't get a Zora Tunic. If she could get the Golden Scale, maybe she could... Maybe...

I had to stop thinking about how, and had to start thinking about the fact that she would, that she had to. So, I thought about the dreams again.

Betsy looked just as I remembered her, only in Link's clothes. She was a 13 year old, girl version of Link! Just like she'd always wanted... That made me laugh, the laugh echoing throughout the empty room, continuing to bounce off the walls, and it was the only sound other than a continuous drip I kept hearing, and a rush of water on the other side.

I looked up in hope and desperation, only to see the grey, bland, depressing ceiling, and I sighed again.

Bets, if you're out there... Please come let me out of this awful place...
