Cira was practically bouncing in her seat as we were approaching the beach. I was super excited to but a little annoyed by Rylie who kept on talking in the back. "Do you think there's going to be jellyfish!" , Rylie asked worriedly for the 8th time.
"No." Cira and I answered at the same time.
After what happened at school with Liam and James a girls day is exactly what I need. As soon as we parked Rylie ran out and said,
"Weekend!"
Cira and I just looked at each other and laughed before setting up our space.
"Thanks for this." I smiled at Cira
"Anything for my best friend!" she pulled me into a tight hug
"I'm so glad it's just you, me, and Rylie, and Hannah whose coming later." I sighed relaxing into my chair
"Well actually about that-" Cira was cut off by a screaming Rylie who motioned for us to get in the water.
I took off my under shirt and went out to swim. I was wearing a top with lace and the two straps came to my neck and floral bottoms while Cira and Rylie were wearing red and black bikini's. We were splashing around when a car came to a stop and parked right next to ours I put my hair in a bun and my high wasted shorts on to check out who it was.
"We're here!" Hannah yelled
I looked over at Cira with a questioning look on my face and she shrugged and smirked at Hannah
"We?" I gave her a hug
Just then Daniel walked out and put his arm around Hannah. I looked at him and said,
"Your joining us on our girls day?" I smirked
"I have company." he winked and Hannah and him went to put their stuff down. I gave him a questioning look and shrugged to go lay down.
"Coming?" Hannah asked
I shrugged, "Why not." And followed her out their we were all relaxing in the water when a giant splash made us all jump.
"Oh your going to get it!" Daniel yelled
I looked up and Jacob and Daniel were wrestling while Hannah stood their with an unimpressed look. I laughed and went over to her.
"Enjoying the view?" I teased
She looked at me and splashed me with water.
"I'll take that as a no." I spit out water
She smiled at me before breaking the two up.
"Jacob!" Rylie yelled
"Rylie!" he said back
They hugged and he greeted everyone.
"Hey!" I hugged him
"Hey." he pushed me away
I stared at him in confusion before he walked off to go talk to Daniel.
"Don't worry about him." Rylie nudged "He's just upset that you didn't tell him about what happened at school the other day." she explained
I nodded.
"Let's play a game!" Cira noticed the sudden tension
"Good idea!" Rylie chimed in
"How about Marco Polo!" Hannah suggested
We all agreed and the game started. I couldn't focus to much on the game because of what Rylie told me so I got out first most of the time. When it was Jacobs turned to be Marco he picked me up and I squealed.
"Gotcha!" he yelled excitedly
Everyone came to where Jacob and I were as he took of his blindfold and saw me, he dropped me immediately leaving me squirming in the cold water.
"What the heck!" all of them yelled at Jacob at the same time
He shrugged, "She seemed to dry."
They all stared at him in disbelief until Cira grabbed my hand and pulled me too shore. With Hannah and Rylie not far from us.
"The nerve of that guy." she gritted her teeth
As I was drying up Daniel and Jacob were having an argument in the water.
"It's fine Daniel!" I yelled out motioning them to come back
Daniel muttered something under his breath before shoving Jacob to go back.
"Can I talk to you?" I asked Jacob
He nodded and we started walking leaving the group to chat.
"Are you mad at me because I didn't tell you about what happened at school?" I questioned
He let out a sigh, " Why would I be mad that my cr- friend he corrected immediately didn't tell that some guy dumped water on her" he raised his eyebrows
"I'm sorry." I said tugging on his arm not noticing the mistake he made
He looked at me and said, " Ok, we are good."
"That's it?" I ask
"Yeah" he shrugged
I noticed he seemed to be doing that a lot. We just walked back to the group and told them that everything was fine.
I just noticed that Jacob was shirtless and his toned abs-
"Take a picture it'll last longer." he smirked noticing that I was checking him out
I scoffed, "As if." And walked off looking back at my shoulder to see him starting at me
"Take a picture it'll last longer!" I mocked
He scoffed and ran a hand through his hair.

We were driving back when Cira spoke up, " Are you and Jacob good?" she asked suspiciously
"I guess." I shrugged not really knowing
She turned up the radio not saying another word as I fell asleep.
