Boy: My name is Nick. I am actually a Pokemon Breeder. Trading is a form of exchanging Pokemon with another trainer.
Red: Oh. So why did you ask me that question?
Nick: Because, I want to trade with others to mingle with other Pokemon.
Red: So, which Pokemon are you looking to trade with me?
Nick: Do you have a Beedrill? I am actually looking for those. I can trade you my Mankey for that.
Red: A Mankey? A fighting type Pokemon. Sounds interesting, but I only caught my Beedrill minutes before my fourth battle.
Nick: Mankey is a good advantage against Brock. Charmander is your starter, right?
Red: Yeah, I'll try to think about it.
Red left the Pokemon center and headed to Pewter meadows to try to think about it.
Red: Beedrill, do you really want to be traded?
Beedrill: Beedrr...
Red: You know, you could be happy with Nick. You will meet a lot of new friends since he is a breeder.
Beedrill: Beee!

Red: Beedrill!
He handed Beedrill's pokeball in exchange of Mankey's.
Nick: Deal! I'll take care of your Beedrill.
Red thanked Nick as he headed for Pewter Gym. As soon as he is near the door, Green came out, crying.
Green: Huh... Huh....* Sniff* Huh...
Red: Green?
Green: Red?! *blush*
