Ali's POV

"Alex. Alexandria Nicole. Wake up." Louis screams in my ear. I jump awake. "What?" I ask, trying to catch my breath. "Your phone rang." He says. I sigh and look at my phone. It's the hospital. My stomach drops into my feet as I listen to the message. "Oh my God. Oh my God." I say trying not to cry out. "What's wrong?" Niall asks. "Megan got hit by a semi. Oh my gosh." I answer.

"We are now landing. Welcome to London." The attendant says. I grab Niall's hand and rush off. "Niall. Watch my stuff. I'll be back as soon as I can." I sob. "Ok. Just don't do anything crazy." He comforts. Before I leave he engulfs me in a hug, nuzzling his nose into my neck.

I run as fast as I can to California. Oh please don't take her. When I get to the hospital I rush to her room. "Miss. It was a hit and run situation. She hasn't woken up. We don't know when or if she will wake up. I'm sorry." The doctor tells me. "I don't want your apologies. I want my sister back!" I scream.

I haven't left Megan's side in two days. Niall has called me hourly. He tells me that she will be fine. He tells me that he loves me with all his heart. "Megan. Don't leave me alone. I would have to deal with everything. Everything we go through. Alone!" I scream.

Then I feel it. I feel her hand twitch in mine. My throat closes up as I scream in happiness. "Ali? Shut up." Meggy moans. "Hey, precious." I cry. "You came?" she asks. "How could I not you idiot." I tease. "You were halfway across the world." "Yeah, well I will always come back."
