Everything Is Not What It Seems Or Is It?

Riker's POV 

I'm so lost, I can't find Kayla. Then they are saying I had sex with Amber when I didn't? I don't understand what was going on. I couldn't wrap my mind around things. I decide to call my mom.

"Riker where are you!" Well thanks mom.

"On my way to the hotel! Where's Kayla is she there?"

"Yeah, we tried to get her to talk to us but she won't. We seen her crying as she ran in here and she just ignored us. You need to get here now!"

I just hung up. I need to get there now. I grab a cap and told him to step on it! We get there and I see her walking out of the hotel.

"Kayla! Wait!" I start coughing.

I didn't have my inhaler, I was in bad shape. Then I get an inhaler shoved in my mouth. After a few puffs I could breathe again. I look up and it was Kayla.

"Kayla, please. It didn't happen, I promise! They lied or read the test wrong. Baby please."

"How am I supposed to believe you Riker? I can't trust you right now. I mean what am I supposed to believe? He told us what the test said. I don't know. I have to go."

"Wait, go where?"

"I'm leaving Riker. I can't handle this right now. I'm to stressed, I feel sick, and I just I don't even know what I'm doing."

"Please let me come with you!"

"No. I just need some time to myself. I need to think." I sigh.

"Okay..... please don't leave me.... I love you." She starred at me.

"I'll make you a deal. I'm going to go away for 2 weeks. When I come back I'll tell you my decision. But I don't want to talk to you until then. Okay?"

"I guess. But I really do love you Kayla."

"I really love you to Riker. But I have to go now. I'll see you in two week alright?"

I kissed her forehead. I seen her trying to cover her face as she got in the cab. Then she was gone.

Two weeks without a word from Kayla. I don't know how I'm going to do this. Just then I felt Rydel come up and hug me.

"Don't worry Rikey, she'll be back in a few weeks."

"I know. But I just don't want her to leave me Delly. I can't lose her, not again." I had a few tears rolling down my face.

"I know bub. But she won't she loves you to much. So come on. Let's try to make these few weeks fly by? Okay?"

"Okay."

It has already been 12 days since Kayla left. Only two more, but it seems like and eternity now. I get a strange call on my phone.

"RIKER! WHERE ARE YOU? WHERE'S KAYLA!" it was the detective.

"Uh, well Kayla is going to be back in a few days.I don't know where she is and I haven't talked to her. I'm with my parents in a suit. What's wrong?"

"Damn it! Look we need to get her now! I'm sending agents to your location. Get all your things and be ready. You and Kayla, well everyone is in danger."

"Wait, what do you mean in danger!"

"NO TIME TO EXPLAIN! Just do what I say now!" Then he hung up.

"What was that about sweetie?" Mom asked.

"It was the detective. He said he's sending agents here to get all of us. To be ready when they get there. We're all I danger...."
