A Long Lost Friend / Riker Fanfic

The Fight

Rocky's POV 

"Have you found her yet? -Rock"

"Not yet, but I have one more idea where I think she'd be. If she's not there, I have no idea where she is. -Ri"

"Okay man well if you find her, text me ASAP! -Rock"

Before Riker text me back I got text from Rydel.

"DUDE! Get here now! I found Kayla!!!!! It's bad dude! -Delly"

My heart went to my stomach. Please God, let her be okay. For Riker's sake and everyone else's, especially Riker's. I thought out loud, then I began texting Rydel back freaking out ot knowing where to go or what to even expect.

"what are you talking about!? Where are you!!!? Is she okay? Tell me now!! -Rock"

It's been 5 minutes I'm going to call her, I'm going freaking crazy. As soon as I went to push dial I get a message from her.

"I'm on 2634 Jefferson avenue. She's fine. But she is pissed off. I got her away from Amber, when I pulled up I thought Kayla was about to beat her ass until I somehow managed to get her to come with me away from her. Please hurry!!!! -Delly"

"The girl that kissed Riker? Okay I'm on my way!! -Rock"

"Yes!!!!! Now please hurry! -Delly"

I read the message and didn't even bother texting her back. I knew I had a message from Riker but I needed to get over there. I hurried and asked Kayla's mom for the keys saying it's an emergency that I'll explain later. Without hesitation she gave me her keys.

I pulled up to find Kayla walking, well more like running towards Amber with her fist clenched. Oh shit, I rushed out of the car to get over there to try to stop her, I heard Rydel scream.

"I tried to get her to stop she wouldn't listen!!"

I started running as fast as I could over towards her. But it was too late, all the sudden Kayla swung, I heard the impact echo. It sounded like a bone broke, she must of swung with all her might. Amber fell straight to the ground, Kayla jumped on top of her and hit her at least 3 times more before I grabbed her and pulled her off of her. She was almost screaming

"ROCKY DAMN IT! LET GO OF ME!!"

"Not until you calm down!!!" I tried saying calmly.

"RYDEL! CALL RIKER!" I screamed.

"I ALREADY DID! HE'S AROUND THE CORNER!!!" Rydel replied.

I could tell she was scared to half to death. I understood cause none of us has ever seen Kayla like this. Whatever happened must of been really bad. Kayla was definitely not the type of person to get mad, agitated yes, maybe even a little mad, but not full on pissed off. Never enough to actually beat the hell out of someone.

Kayla was still trying to get out of my grip, she almost managed, but I kept her in my grip. I glanced at the girl, the had blood all over her face, just laying there, crying her eyes out. Damn I hope Riker hurries the hell up, not sooner than I thought that he pulled up.

Kayla's POV 

After I left my house I just drove around, feeling sorry for what I said to Riker. What I said was un-called for and I feel horrible about it. I went to the lake where we had our very first date and our very first kiss. I laid down in the grass remembering all the amazing memories we shared, and all the laughs we shared.

After a few hours I decide to go for a long walk. Not knowing where I was going, I just needed some air. I walked around and I came onto Jefferson Avenue. I haven't been on this road in a while, I started walking down the street when I got to the middle I wish I hadn't came this way..
