Maddie's POV:

I woke up on a cold hard surface. I propped myself up on one arm, but instantly cried out in pain. My side was burning, and I didn't know where I was. It's so dark in here! I thought. I sat up, ignoring the pain to examine my surroundings. I was guessing it's night time since the cracks in this metal area were dark. It was pretty small, and FREEZING! I didn't even know how I ended up here! I had been sitting in the corner for about an hour, slowly driving myself insane when I heard what sounded like a car crunching on gravel nearing me.

I sat in silence, wondering what was going on. Finally the top of this strange box opened, but there was noone there!

"Hello?" I called out in a raspy voice.

"Maddie, help!" A weak voice croaked out. All my weakness and loss of energy was suddenly vanquished and replaced with a rush of adrenaline. I scaled the wall of the box, somehow managing to climb up it and get out. I was horrified by what I saw.

My poor innocent little sister, with Greg on top of her, repeatedly punching her.

"Stop! Stop hurting me!" She gasped for air.

"Stop it!" I shouted.

I ran toward him, full force and surprisingly knocked him off Mackenzie!

"Let's go!" I screamed, trying to tug my sister into the dark abyss of woods which was in the clearing from where we were.

"Hurry!" I urged her, but she was still in shock and moving slowly.

"MOVE MACKENZIE WE HAVE TO GO!" I yelled frantically, but it was too late. Greg had grabbed her, pulling her from my grasp.

"Im so cold!" She whimpered.

"Well it's my job to make you as miserable as possible, so let's make you even colder." Greg whispers, sending chills down my spine. I stand there horrified as Greg begins to carry Mackenzie towards the creek. I started to cry and run after them, but I knew there was nothing I could do.

What Greg did horrified me. I was expecting him to throw her in the water and leave me to try and help her, but no. He just had to do things the creepy, evil, disgusting way. I can't believe that just happened. I am scarred for life.
