'Spooky, scary skeletons send shivers down your spine. Shrieking skulls will shock your soul; seal your doom tonight.' My ringtone plays, and I chuckled to myself.

It was Halloween tomorrow and that means pranks. Hopefully, I would be able to scare Blu somehow. His parents had warmed up to me. Blu had told me that they just liked to impress his friends which I actually found quite amusing.

Football ended last week after the game. Blu had left Daniel and his group. He was pretty mad that Daniel did such a thing, though none of us were really surprised.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Leo! You're coming shopping with me," Taylor said on the other line.

"Why?" I questioned. "Halloween costumes. Duh!" She told me as if it were obvious. "We're going trick or treating."

I rolled my eyes even though she couldn't see me. "I swear, you're a child."

Taylor giggled. "I'm picking you up in 10," she informed. "Better be ready."

The line went dead and I pressed the 'end' button. I decided to obey her order since she would have a bitch fit if I didn't. I didn't feel like going shopping since today was Friday, and school had tired me out. There wasn't much to do expect fix my hair. I was just going to wear my school clothes.

Exactly 10 minutes later, Taylor pulled up and honked her horn to let me know she was here. I sighed deeply and slipped into the passenger seat. Once I was buckled, she quickly drove off.

The drive to the mall was spent singing along with the radio, laughing at how bad we sounded. Once we arrived, I wasn't surprised to see Halloween decorations everywhere.

"You're gonna help me pick out a costume," Taylor told me though I already knew the plan.

I didn't mind, mostly because me and her haven't spent time with each other in a while. Ever since Blu came into my life, we grew apart. It was depressing in a way. Though even if we tried, we could never stop being friends. Our friendship was too strong to break.

I sighed dramatically. "Do I have to?" I whined.

Taylor rolled her eyes, but a smile appeared on her face. "Come on, you big baby," she said, dragging me into a random store and started peaking at all the clothes.

That's when I realized that I never told her about me being gay. She had to figure it out from that rumor. Well, I guess you couldn't call it that since it's true.

"Hey Taylor?" I questioned. "About the rumor--"

She stopped me from talking by speaking herself, "I already knew."

"W-what?" I stuttered.

"Last year, you looked at the boys in our classes. You were practically drooling," she giggled.

I blushed, but smiled slightly. Last year was when I was questioning my sexuality.

"You're not bothered by it?" I asked.

"Of course not. I mean, Emmett's gay. Why would I be bothered?"

I shrugged. "I just thought that maybe you wanted a... straight... friend?" I said, though it sounded more like a question.

"The only thing that bothers me is that you didn't tell me," she sighed.

"I'm sorry," I muttered.

Taylor chuckled. "It's good. I know now," she shrugged. "Now help me!"

I thought about what she would like. Then I snapped my fingers. "You told me that this year you wanted to be Harley Quinn," I reminded her.
