"I like Blu,"

"W-what," I stuttered.

"I like Blu Anderson," she repeated.

5 hours earlier~

I woke up and instantly groaned. I was not prepared.

--

Winter break was amazing, especially since Blu and I became a thing. It ended January 4, which was sadly today. I have to say that I liked New Years the most. Of course Blu and I shared a moment that I would cherish forever.

'Blu and I were at the park. The one we strangely met at. The thought made my heart swell with happiness. I'm glad I was there that day, honestly. I wouldn't have met Blu, the guy I am falling for. I don't know whether it's a good thing or not. Only because I don't know if were going to last. I sure do hope so.

"What are you thinking about?" Blu asked, hitting my shoulder playfully with his own.

"Us," I shrugged.

"Good or bad?" He questioned.

"I just hope we last," I told him truthfully.

Blu smiled softly, taking my hand on his. "Me too," he nodded.

I looked around the park. It was currently 11:59 pm, so there wasn't much to see. Blu looked down, the countdown displayed on his phone.

"Six," he started.

"Five," I smiled excitedly.

"Four."

"Three."

"Two."

"One."

At that, Blu quickly snapped his head to the side, now facing me. He placed his lips on my own roughly, but I didn't mind. I enjoyed it.'

A knock on the door broke through my thoughts.

"Are you up, dear?" I heard the faint sound of my mother's voice through the thick, wood door.

"Yes, Mom," I coughed, my voice not sounding its best.

"Oh, good. I'll make you breakfast. Eggs and bacon, alright?" She questioned.

"Of course," I nodded politely when I opened the door, a towel hanging off my shoulder.

She smiled sweetly and nodded back, then spun on her heel and walked down the stairs.

After my refreshing shower and appearance of clothes on my, must I say, toned body, I headed down stairs. I sniffed the air that smelled of bacon. I rubbed my hands together, prepared to eat the delicious plate of food that rested on the table. I plopped down in the comfortable wood that formed a chair. My mom rolled her eyes while my dad stared at me in amusement as I gobbled down my food.

"Oh hey," he said, seeming to remember something. "I have a bag of chocolate you can share with your friends."

My mouth drooled at the mention of chocolate. This is the advantage of my dad working at Nestlé's.
