"Damn," Blu whispered. "You look hot."
"What? Don't I always?" I teased.
His eyes widened, "Of course, babe!"
"I was just kidding," I chuckled.
"Come here," he smiled fondly, and pulled me into a hug. "I love you and your weird personality."
"Yeah, yeah," I smirked.
"... You don't love me back?" He pouted.
"You know I do." I pecked his lips.
"I do," He nodded. "Anyways, your carriage awaits."
I looked at his car, and Blu strode over to it, opening the passenger door.
"Thank you, my good sir," I laughed, slipping into the seat.
He shut the door, but I heard him laugh. This was going good so far.
The way to the high school was silent, but it was nice. I really needed it. I mean, I was nervous and I didn't even know why. I just felt like something bad would happen.
"Babe..." I heard in the distance. "Leo!"
"Huh?" I turned to my right where Blu was holding open my door.
Blu chuckled, "We're here."
"Oh, sorry. I was just thinking about prom," I said truthfully, getting out.
"It'll be fine," he smiled. He shut my door, and then intertwined their hands.
"I know," I sighed.
"Why are you so nervous?" He asked.
"I just... Don't want anything bad to happen," I admitted.
"I get it, Leo. This is prom; you want it to be perfect. And it's going to perfect. You trust me, don't you?" He questioned.
"Of course I do, Blu," I said.
Blu grinned, "Okay. Now let's go!"
I nodded. People stared at us, but it didn't bother me. We've been out for more than 2 months, so I was pretty used to it.
We walked inside the school, and made our way to the gym where prom was being held.
Taylor came up to us. "I knew you would look great in that suit," she giggled. "You both look great."
"Thanks, Taylor," I grinned. Blu nodded his head in agreement.
"Who are you with?"
"I'm here with Jake," she told us.
"Wasn't he on the football team?" I asked.
"Yeah," she nodded. "Now I gotta go!" She ran off.
"Wanna go get punch?" Blu asked.
"Yeah," I smiled.
He got two plastic cups and poured some of the pink liquid in them. "Here you go," he said, handing me one.
I thanked him and drank it all in 2 gulps.
"Thirsty, much?" He joked.
"What? This cup is small," I whined.
"I'm just kidding, babe," he laughed, and kissed my cheek.
"Wanna dance?" I questioned.
"Hey, I'm supposed to ask you that!" He pouted.
"Says who?"
"Uh... Let's go."
I chuckled and grabbed his hand, bringing him to the dance floor. We got in position and started to dance to 'I can't stop the feeling' by Justin Timberlake.
