Adrien was hot and my age!
"Slam her." Seth ordered. "When you land, make sure your back has a slight bend."
Adrien slammed me pretty hard. But I did land it right making barely hurt.
"Slow motion pick me up like you're gonna slam me." Seth ordered.
Adrien slowly showed me how to position your body when you do it.
"Now try it on him." Seth ordered.
I think I did it correctly but didn't put much power on.
"One more time with power!" Seth yelled. "You won't hurt him!"
"Okay," I said slamming him hard.

"Adrien, do you know leapfrog yet?" Seth asked.
He nodded while Seth got in the ring.
"It's just like leapfrog with ropes and a clothesline." Seth explained.
He showed me and looked a little complicated. They went through it slower and I think I got it.
"Try it."
I did leap frog but kinda failed.
"When you get up, it's likes springing push up." Seth explained.
That helped a lot with my timing,
"A few more times then we have to go." Seth said.
After 3 times we stopped.
"Thanks Adrien." Seth said,

"Around 11. But I could have turned 12 a month ago I don't know.i was adopted so yeah."
