Chapter 25

I laid on the floor by the balcony door and looked out of it. My dad was here in L.A and he didn't want me to find out about it. I have twin siblings, who are only a month younger than me. I need to know what happened. I sat up and grabbed my phone off the floor next to me. She answered on the second ring.
"Hey baby girl how's L.A?" My mom asked.
"Mommy I just found something's out and I-I need to know some answers." I said trying not to cry.
"What did you find out Alice?" She asked sounding serious.
"That I have a brother and sister, and that my father lives here." I said.
"Oh sweetie you were never suppose to find out about any of this." She said sounding like she was on the verge of tears.
"But mommy Savanna found me and told me. How did any of this happen I need answers." I said.
"Sweetie your father and I had been married for a year before I got pregnant with you. It was about a moth after we found out and your father went on a work trip to California. He met a women named Brenda there and he fell in love with her. He cheated on me with her and ended up getting her pregnant as well. When he found out about the twins you were only a month old. Your father loved you but he and I just weren't working out so he left to be with Brenda and the twins. I told him to never come back after that. He tried for two years to be apart of your life but it never worked. I'm so sorry Alice I should have told you sooner. I just didn't know how. Baby girl I'm sorry." My mom said. I could tell she was crying by the small shake in her voice.
"I understand mommy. I really do it's just now would you mind if I met him? Just so I know he's my dad?" I asked.
"Of course sweetie he is your father. Do whatever you think is best. Just promise me you won't leave me for him." She said.
"I would never leave you mommy I love you." I said. We sat there talking for a little bit before she was going to bed since she had work in the morning.

After I hung up the phone I saw it was already 6:30. I was sitting against the balcony door when my room door opened. All the boys came walking in dressed and freshly showered.
"Hey Alice." Liam said walking in. Niall walked towards me and sat down next to me. I was still in my bathing suite not caring about changing. I rested my head on Niall's shoulder as I let a few tears fall.
"Hi guys." I said sniffling a little.
"So what happened?" Zayn asked. They all walked over to Niall and I and say around me.
"I do in fact have a sister, I also have a brother named Bo. Also my dad lives here in L.A." I said looking back out the window.
"How come you've never told us about your dad?" Harry asked.
"Cause he was only around for a month of my life before he left to come here. I just found out what happened. I just don't know what to do. I'm angry at my parents for not telling me, I'm mad at my dad because he stopped trying, I'm jealous of the twins because that got to grow up with both parents, and I'm just sad because now I get to meet my dad but he's missed the first 16 years of my life." I said feeling like I was going to cry again.
"It'll all work out Alice. We'll be here with you through all of this." Niall said rubbing my shoulder as he placed a kiss on the top of my head.
"I'm surprised she is this calm most people would be a wreck." Louis said smiling at me.
"Please all I wanna do right now is do something stupid to get back at my parents." I said looking down at the ground.
"No Alice you are not gong to do anything like that!" Liam said pointing his finger in my face.
"Chill all I want to do is pierce my nose. My mom hates that kind of stuff." I said.
"Well that's not that bad. I mean I thought you were talking about doing drugs and stealing a car." Zayn said making me laugh.
"Hell no I'm not that stupid. But I think I'm gonna pierce my nose. My mom might let me off on the fact that my life was just kind of screwed up a little bit." I said I doubt the guys will go for it though.
"You know what I think you should!" Harry said surprising me. The rest of the guys nodded their heads in agreement.
"Let me get dressed and we can go!" I said standing up. I can't believe they are actually letting me do this.

Liam's P.O.V
I do not approve of this one bit. Alice should not be getting her nose pierced at 16. What were the lads thinking! I get it her life was just screwed up by her father but this is not the way to handle it. We were all currently standing in Harry's favorite tattoo parlor that also did piercings.
"Alright little lady you ready?" Tony asked as he sat down next to Alice.
"Wait! Niall can you hold my hand?" She asked giving Niall a look. She looked so small in the big chair. You could almost see the worry in her eyes.
"Of course babe." Niall said pushing past me and taking Alice's small hand in his. I liked them together. We all knew they liked each other from that day at Alice's first practice.
"Alright on the count of 3." Tony said as he pulled out the needle and help it to Alice's nose.
"1....2....3." Tony said as the needle went through Alice's nose and back out.
"Ow that hurt!" She said fighting tears. None of this should be happening. She was growing up to fast. I watched putting a fake smile on my face I didn't want her to know that I didn't approve. She settled on a small silver stud and Tony places it in the new hole.
"Oh my god I love it!" Alice said looking at her reflection in the mirror. Alice couldn't stop smiling at herself.
"I wanna see!" Louis yelled pulling the mirror away from her face. Alice looked like she was now Niall's age. She seemed so mature with the piercing.
"You look amazing!" Harry and Zayn said at the same time.
"You look great Alice." I said giving her a small smile. I still didn't like the idea of her having piercings in her face. After we payed for it and a few other earrings we left. When we walked out we were mobbed by paparazzi.
"Who got a new tattoo!"
"Alice are you dating any of the boys!"
"Why did you bring Alice here!" They all seemed to be yelling at once. I grabbed Alice by the wrist and pulled her to the car. It was insane to see these many people found us here. Alice must be freaking out. When I looked back I saw a panic look on her face as she looked around at everyone. Alice looked like a lost puppy. We should be close to the car by now. These people need to get a real job and just leave us alone.

Alice's P.O.V
The next morning I woke up to my phone ringing. When I looked down I saw it wasn't anyone I knew so I answered the phone.
"Hello?" I asked siting up.
"Hey Alice it's Savanna." She said.
"Hey Savanna. What's up?" I asked feeling a knot form in my stomach.
"So I talked to dad, Bo, and my mom and they would all like to meet you for themselves. Would you like to come over for lunch?" She asked sounding so happy.
"Ah yeah I guess. What time?" I asked trying not to throw up.
"About 1:30ish if that's a good time for you." She said.
"Ah yeah just tell me the address and I'll be over later." I said. after she gave me the address I had two hours to get ready. Savanna said it was about a 20 minute drive from the hotel to their place. God I was going to see my father today. This was going to be awkward. I checked the weather before trying to find an out fit. Low 80's with noting but sunshine. It was weird seeing this weather for the week before Christmas but I guess that's L.A.

"Here we are Ms. Doran." My driver said as we pulled up to a mansion with a fountain in the front.
"Thank you I'll call when I need to be picked up." I said getting out of the car. I looked down at my outfit and hoped it was ok. I was wearing ripped jeans, my black crop top that fell off one shoulder, and black flip flops. I walked up the marble steps leading to the front door and tried to calm my nerves. I had called my mom on the way over to tell her and she wished me luck. I had also mentioned my nose and she freaked on me. She said when I got home I would be grounded for doing it with out her permission. I walked up and rang the door bell. I felt a knot form in my stomach as I waited for the door to open. I looked down at my outfit and tried to pull my shirt down a little bit to hide a little bit more of my stomach.
"Hello?" I looked up and saw a boy a few inches taller than me who looked exactly like Savanna.
"Hi. I'm Alice." I said sticking my hand out for him to shake it. But instead he pulled me in for a hug.
"I'm Bo your brother." He said hugging me tighter.
"Hi bro." I said hugging him back.
"Bo is it Alice?!" I heard Savanna yell as she came into view. She was wearing an outfit just like yesterday. Except this time her polo was baby blue and she had on socks.
"Hi Savanna." I said hugging her. I finally got to look at all of us together. Bo was dressed like any other guy. He wore black skinny jeans, a baseball t shirt, and socks. We all looked different you would never guess we were related unless you looked at our eyes, and noses.
"Savanna? Bo?" I heard a man call as he came down the steps.
"Dad Alice is here!" Bo yelled up the long spiral staircase. I felt the knot get tighter in my stomach as footsteps got closer. When I looked up there stood my father.
