Chapter 17

When I walked out of the bathroom all the guys were laying down in the living room watching tv. I pulled out my phone and started to text Niall.
"I like you Niall. Like I mean really like you but with everything that had happened in the past few days it just can't happen right now." I sent the text and waited for Niall to get it. Once he read it he immediately started to type.
"I like you too Alice. And I understand you not wanting to date again but just know I will never hurt you." I looked up at Niall and smiled as I started to type again.
"I also kinda felt something in that kiss did you?" I sent him waiting for a response. A small smile suddenly appeared on his face.
"Yeah I felt something Alice. You are a really good kisser btw ;)" As I read that I started to try not to laugh. When Niall looked at me he started to hysterically laugh. All the boys looked at us like we were crazy but we didn't care.
"Friends for now?" I texted him.
"Friends for now." He texted back. I locked my phone and realized it was already 5:30 and I had barley done any bio homework.
"I'm gonna go do some homework." I said getting up and grabbing my bio textbook. I went to the back room and sat on the bed. I pulled out my iPod and played Take Me Home as I opened the book. I had always hated science in school it was so stupid and boring. While I was doing my homework I felt my phone go off in the waist band of my pants. I pulled it out and saw I had a twitter notification. Louis had tagged me in a picture. "Look at Alice acting like she is song homework!" the caption said. It was a picture of my playing with my hair while I read the textbook in my lap. How had I not heard him come in the room. When I pulled out my headphones I could still hear my music blasting from the spot on the bed. I stood up and walked out to see all the boys watching the tv.
"Really Louis you just had to take a picture of me doing homework." I said grabbing a bottle of soda from the fridge.
"Yeah let the fans know that you still do homework on tour!" He said.
"Yeah well thanks for putting the pretending part in front of it." I said rolling my eyes and heading back to the room. I finally finished half of my bio homework and moved on to math. It was going I be a long night of homework for me.

3 days later.

The sound of my alarm going off woke me up. Today I had an interview with a local morning show. I was so excited I couldn't stop smiling. Lou was coming over to help me find and outfit to wear and how I was suppose to do my hair. While I was eating I heard a knock at the door. I stood up and answered the door to a smiling Lou.
"Morning love lets get to work shall we?" She said showing herself to my room. Lou started pulling out random tops, and different pairs of jeans before she finally settled on an out fit.
"This is totally you! You've got the best of both worlds here." She said pointing to the outfit. She had me wearing light ripped jeans, a black tank top, a pink button up sheer top with lace on the back, a black beanie, and my black toms.
"Now as for your hair just leave it naturally straight. As for make up I'm thinking doing what you normally wear on stage." Lou said pulling out makeup.
"Ok sounds great!" I said smiling as she sat me down on the bed and started on my make up.

"Alright Alice don't be nervous and have fun!" Liam said patting my back right before I walked on stage. The boys had come for moral support since this was my first official interview. As I walked on stage the audience clapped for me. I sat down in the comfy chair across from Melissa the interviewer.
"Welcome Alice. You look so pretty today." Melissa said smiling at me.
"Thanks I owe it all to our stylist. She's been amazing this whole time." I said.
"So lets get started. What is it like being on tour with the world biggest boy band?" She asked.
"It's really fun. There is never really a dull moment one of them always seems to be pulling a prank on someone else." I said looking at the boys off stage.
"Very nice. Now how has your life changed since you have become 15 and famous?" She asked.
"I wouldn't really call myself famous but that's an opinion. My life really hasn't changed except I'm away from home, and with 5 of my best friends all the time. You know is still have school work. I'm still studying to get my permit after tour. Except you know I go out and preform in front of thousands of people a night." I said.
"Speaking of studying are you a good student?" She asked me.
"I would like to think so. I'm taking all honors classes at the moment, and I'm a year ahead in math so I think I'm a pretty good student." I said.
"Wow she sings, she's funny, and she's smart boys you better snatch her up as fast as you can!" Melissa said smiling. I tried to laugh too but I thought it was a little stupid.
"Ok so what's one thing you did so far on tour that you wish you could change?" She asked.
"I wouldn't change a thing except go back and stop myself from throwing a calculator at Niall and giving him a big bump. I'm still really sorry about that." I said laughing a little bit.
"Why did you throw a calculator at him?" Melissa asked laughing.
"Ok so he came in to tell me something and I was in the middle of doing some homework and he scared me. I jumped and as a reflex I threw whatever was in my hand at him. I felt so bad cause he had a small bump on his head for like 2 days." I said blushing a little. As the interview went on we talked about my home town, what I did in my free time, my favorite type of music and everything.
"Alright so last question what would you say to someone your age who wants to be in your position?" Melissa asked.
"Take a chance and follow your dreams. Thats what I did and look where I am now." I said giving the camera a big smile.
"Well that's all the time we have for today thanks for coming Alice it was a pleasure having you and good luck in the future!" Melissa said hugging me as I walked off stage. When I stepped off stage the guys pulled me in for a hug.
"You were fabulous!" Niall said hugging me tighter.
"Thanks guys." I said hugging them all back.
"Lets to get food now!" Niall said making us all laugh.
"Yeah I want food too!" I said jumping on Niall's back heading for the door.
