A Problem

Sixteen

(Special Point of View)

"Why did we stop?" I asked, as Amber's sister stopped driving. Her sister was going to drop us off at Diana and Kiki's house, we were going to surprise them by coming over. Diana had told me that Jordan was getting his license too, and so were Amber and Diana too. Charles had gotten out of the car, as he walked over to someone.

"Don't know, I think Charles is talking to someone. " Jordan spoke. Looking closer, I saw that there were three figures. Amber's sister opened the headlights.

I saw that Gavin was dripping wet, and Diana had cuts and bruises across her face. Her hair was wet as well, and she was holding someone on the road, who was unconscious.

"Kiki!" Charles screamed, as I immediately got out of the car. Cruz was with us too, and he followed me. I ran over to her and sure enough, Kiki was unconscious and had a towel on her head. There was something poking out of her shirt. I recognized it as a stick.

"What happened? We have to get her to the hospital!" I panicked, as Jordan and Amber got out of the car. Both ran over to us.

"I've got her!" Charles said, as he picked her up and held her in both of his hands bridal style. Tears started flowing down my face, as Cruz held me back.

"Let's go!" Gavin yelled, as we all went into the car.

"What happened to-"

"Start driving!" I yelled to Allison, Amber's older sister. She started to car, as we put Kiki on the back seat. We all managed to squeeze in.

"Please live." I heard Diana say to Kiki as she cried. I continued to cry, as I sat on the car floor, near Kiki. Allison continued to drive towards the hospital.

"Someone help us!" Diana yelled, as we all ran in. Charles was holding a unconscious Kiki in his arms. Immediately, some nurses and doctors rushed over to us.

They looked over her really quickly.

"We need to take her up for surgery! Doctor Ramirez, show them to the waiting room!" Another doctor yelled, as the whisked Kiki away.

"Follow me!" He said, as we all followed him.

All of us sat in the waiting room. It was quiet, since it was like one in the morning. Diana and Gavin had went to tell them what happened and to call there parents.

"I called my mom. They are coming." Diana said, as she sniffed and say down in between of Jordan and Amber. Allison and Amber texted some people about what happened.

All I could do, was sit there and hope my best friend would be okay.

Tears fell from my face. I couldn't loose Kiki, she was a second sister to me.

Then, someone wrapped there arms around me. I looked and saw it was Cruz. He held me while I cried, for Kiki. She needed to be fine.

"Shh, it will be okay. She will be fine." Cruz said to me.

I noticed Charles crying also.

"Charles, Kiki is a fighter. She will fight, she has to." Gavin said to him.

Then, the same doctor came out. We all immediately stood up, as he walked over to us. He must of been a intern.

"Kiki is still in surgery, and your parents are on the way." He said. She was still in surgery, that meant she was alive, for now.

"Can I see her soon?" Diana asked.

"I'm afraid not, and you need to get those cuts checked out." He spoke to her.

"No, my sister is more important than me. I need to wait for her, what if something happens?"

"Diana, please baby girl, you need to go get yourself checked out. I will come with you." Jordan said.

"Okay, fine. Watch Gavin guys!" Diana said.

"I'm thirteen!" He said. Amber had decided to go with them, as now it left the five of us (including Amber's sister).
