DIANAApril 23
Throwing the last of my stuff in my bag, I zipped it up.
"You ready to go to school?" Kiki asked, as I immediately looked up. Acting normal, I nodded my head and looked down at my bed, that had some folded clothes in it.
"Diana actually folded her own clothes? Wow, that's not normal!" Kiki exclaimed as I rolled my eyes. I played it off, but the truth was, I was nervous as hell.
Without anyone's permission, I was secretly catching a plane out to California. Little did anyone know I would be arriving back tomorrow. I told mom that I would be sleeping over my friend Mariella's house for the night, and she let me, considering of how hard I had been working according to her.
None of my friends knew I would be leaving, and neither did my siblings.
I was almost finished with everything, but I must of forgotten the spare clothes on my bag. My backpack didn't look that big, just a few pictures, passports, some snacks, my phone, a charger, and a few clothes. The rest of the clothes I would pack soon, but Kiki came in, so that will wait until she leaves.
"Yeah, mom forced my ass to, so," I told Kiki, as she laughed.
"I'm gonna go wait in your car." Kiki said, as I grew confused.
"My car? Why? I thought dad was taking you to school." I told her.
"No, you are, you promised you would drive me today." Kiki pointed out, as I remembered and groaned. I did promise Kiki this after she helped me out with something.
"Can't I drive you on Wednesday? I-"
"Bitch, drive me right now or I will tell grandma that you were the one who broke her silver platter!" Kiki exclaimed, making me shut up and sigh.
"Fine, be at my car in five." I told her, as Kiki flashed me a smile, and left the room.
Making sure no one was looking, I packed a few more clothes and some money. Zipping up my bag, I looked around at my room and my eyes landed at the large panda bear stuffed in my closet.
I remember how we got the panda; since dad and mom adopted us, they bought us a bunch of shit, that large panda one of them. Kiki and I had grown out of our twelve year old phases and had kept the bears in our closet.
Stifling back a laugh, I finally left the room.
"Bye ma!" I exclaimed, as mom waved at me.
Jasper ran up to me and gave me a hug along with Mila. Hugging them back, I grabbed my car-keys and walked outside. Currently, it was chilly, not freezing.
Quickly throwing on my PINK hoodie, I walked towards the car and unlocked it. Kiki, who was waiting, let herself in the passengers side.
As we left for school, I realized I would have to drive Kiki to school then quickly run to the airport. My flight left at nine thirty, and right now, it was seven forty-five.
Driving quickly, Kiki reached and turned on the aux-cord. She shuffled through songs until she found the one she wanted. For the rest of the car ride, we continued to listen to songs, which was like five more minutes.
"Wait! One more!" Kiki exclaimed, putting on the Grey' Anatomy theme song, as she starred to twerk and I started to laugh.
Eventually, the song ended and the both of us were sad. I drove to the front of the school, and Kiki got out.
"See you later hoe." Kiki said to me, as I laughed.
"Bye bitch!" I playfully exclaimed, as she got out.
