"Hey guys" I say as I walk through the doors to the employee building at the pool. Kyle, Dan and Will are the only ones here, because the pool isn't as crowded in the morning.

"Hey Lennon" Kyle smiles "Wanna help Dan and I open the pool?"

"Sure" I shrug, and they both grin, leading me out of the door. I help them uncover the pool, Dan walk to the bucket to grab a net.

"Who the hell left a ball in the pool?" Kyle rolls his eyes, pulling off his shirt to pull jump into the pool "Oh my god it's cold! My balls have never been so close to m body before" He shivers, and I laugh loudly.

"Don't worry Kyle Baby! I'm going to get you out!" Dan yells, pulling on a pair of floaties and an inner tube "Don't panic"

"Daniel don't"

"Let me save you" Dan says, jumping into the pool, clinging to Kyle "I got you, let me save your life! Do you need mouth to mouth?"

"Fucking idiots" A voice mutters from behind me, and I turn around seeing the mystery boy from yesterday.

"Oh come on, don't be a Debbie Downer" Kyle pouts at him.

"Fuck off" He flips them off, walking towards the door to the employee building.

"We love you, you bastard" Dan laughs.

"I hate the both of you" The guy chuckles, walking into the building. Kyle and Dan get out of the pool, just as Britney walks through the gate.

"Hey Britney" Dan sing songs.

"Hey boys, and Lennon" She waves "It's going to be cold today" She sighs.

"I honestly hope no one comes in today" Kyle sighs, throwing his hand over my shoulder.

"Me too" Britney agrees "Who's getting first shift?"

"I'll do it" I volunteer.

"Dan and I will do it" Kyle raises his hand.

"Will can too, I want to settle in a while" She nods, we walk through the door to the employee building. I grab a whistle, putting it on and pulling my hair into a ponytail.

"Will, come on" Kyle motions for his to follow us. I walk out to the pool, and climb to one of the posts, sitting down. The wind blow causing me to shiver, rubbing my hands over my arms to create some warmth. Kyle begins making bird noises from across from me, and Will and Dan return them, making me furrow my eyebrows in confusion.

"Just wanted to let you guys know, I'm cold" He yells, his hands cupped around his mouth.

"We fucking know Kyle" Will climbs off his post, marching over to Kyle, and smacking his leg before climbing back up his post. A few people begin to file in, and I'm left to wonder why they're here when it's only 60 something degrees out.

Britney comes out to switch posts with Will, and he walks off, a smirk on his face mocking Kyle, Dan and I. Max walks in through the gates, and sets his stuff inside of the employee building, before walking over to Dan, switching with him.

"Bye fuckers" He chuckles, running inside the building.

"No running" I say to this kid running in front of my post. He looks up at me and nods, beginning to walk slowly. The mystery guy walks up to my post, tossing me a hoodie, before walking off to switch places with Kyle.

"Thanks Babe" Kyle winks, and the guys pushes him into the pool, making Kyle squeal, and quickly hop out of the pool. Kyle quickly walks into the building, and I laugh quietly to myself.
