Flames Pond and the Princess: The Return of Fuzzy Guy

Help from Guards

Flames's POV
I wake up to see myself tied to a chair. I started shouting, "Help!"

"No one can hear you..." I heard someone say.

When I turned to my left, I saw Fuzzy Guy standing on a table, laughing.

"What have you done to her?" I ask.

"Who?"

"My partner!"

"Oh, you mean, the Princess? That's right. I know now. She's simply locked away. You'll be relieved to hear that she is unscathed."

I glared.

"So... tell me. What do you think of me? And be honest." Fuzzy said.

I was about to shout in anger when I thought of an idea.

I hope this works...

"I'm not telling you anything. Except that... you're mean."

"Oh, my... feelings..." Fuzzy said.
Then he fell.

And that gave me a chance to escape.

Well, almost.

First, I had to cut through these ropes.
I did that with a piece of broken glass.

Then I had to find a way to get out of here.
Sadly the door was bolted down by... a lock.

But luckily the key was by Fuzzy Guy. So I grabbed the key, unlocked the door, then locked the door back up, leaving Fuzzy Guy trapped.

"Well, that was easier than I planned."
I said.
"Now, I have to find Lucy..."

So I sprinted down the hall, fighting my way to rescue my friend.

I was just about to round the corner when I hear muffled voices.

I stop. "Hello?" I ask.

Then I noticed that there was a sign that said, BEWARE!!! KEEP OUT!!!
on a door.

Peculiar...
I thought.

I also noted that the sound was coming from the other side of the same door.

Checking both left and right, I made sure no one was around.

Then I skillfully kicked the door down to see four men and a woman tied up and gagged.

I immediately began removing the cloth from their mouths and untying them.

"Ugh!" the woman groaned. "Thank you, sir! You saved us!"

"It was my pleasure." I say. "What are you all doing in here?"

"We were captured by that yellow alien bird!" a man said.

"Fuzzy Guy?" I ask.

"Yes." another replied.

"Wait, you aren't working for him. Are you?" the third asked.

"No. I am Flames Pond, the greatest superhero of all time."

"Flames Pond?" the fourth gasped.
"As in, the Flames Pond?"

I nodded. "Yes."

"Well, allow me to introduce ourselves. I am Queen Sara Rose. And these are the royal guards. Dominic, Ryan, Wayne, and Frank." Sara said.

All four guards bowed as their name was called.

"Um, your highness..." I say, taking a slight bow in respect. "I hate to say it but I am in a bit of a hurry. You see, I am in the middle of rescuing Princess Lucy."

"Lucy? You mean, Lucia?" Sara asked.

"Why yes. That's her!"

"She's here?" Noah asked.

"Yes! Or at least, I hope so."

"Alright. We'll help you out, Mr. Flames." Ryan said.

"I suggest we follow the leader's orders." Noah said.

"Right." Dominic said.
"I say that Noah, Ryan, and Frank take care of Fuzzy's henchmen. Distract them at any cost. I'll escort the Queen to safety while there is still time. Besides, it's not safe here."

"Sir, you can send her to my base at the S.A.A. You'll both be taken good care of. And once Fuzzy's men are dealt with, I'll let you guys know when to return home." I said.

"I like this kid's thinking." Ryan said.

Dominic nodded.
"Alright. Let's split up. Go!"

So the Queen and Dominic left, I contacted Miss. Thompson, and Ryan, Noah, and Frank went to deal with Fuzzy's men.
